NVT Staffing is one of the best companies i have worked for in a while, they constantly put you on assignments and Jo and the rest of the staff there are just phenomenal people. Employees are not treated with respect and management enjoys belittling people. You will not get hired by a property management company. These companies utilize NVT as cheap labor. The last straw for me was being forced to send photos of myself for a "uniform check" before I start my shift. Lastly, employees can be dropped without any given notice. No thank you.
Working with NVT has been a pleasure. You re treated with the upmost respect and kindness which is amazing. Shifts are very flexible and perfect for college students like myself or anyone who needs a flexible job. I had an interview scheduled with NVT and I called in to possibly reschedule due to the snow that day. I spoke to someone who offered to reschedule in January, but since it was a little far out to schedule I told her I'll email her and confirm I would be able to make it. I ended up emailing the recruiter and told her I was coming. I went out of my way in an awful snow storm to get there. As soon as I got there and went in to the office the receptionist told me they're closing due to the weather..no communication, nothing to inform me. These people clearly don't care about people. Never again.
