Having served for 31 years at what was formerly Parsons Child and Family Center, Imcan attest first hand to the fact that one of the areas regular top employers has become a nightmare to work for. This corporate non-profit cares about one thing; PROFITS. Under the leadership of CEO Bill Gettman, staff are not supported in helping provide children and family with the services they need to survive, let alone succeed. Northern Rivers is soulless. I would never treat anyone with the disrespect of recommending they sell their souls. In the long run, it is the children they serve that suffer when they treat line workers like slaves. This is a good place gone bad. They are indicative of a broken system.

Please don't get your kids therapy here. Worst place I could have imagined. Therapist and psychiatrist are constantly quiting. My son has been here for 1 year now and is on his 2nd psychiatrist and now his 2nd therapist is also leaving so soon to be 3rd therapist. That alone is so unhealthy for a child struggling with mental health. No stability! Not to mention months ago I tried to get my daughter in for therapy and we have not heard back from anyone for her. And can you believe it could get worse, last week I called for a refill for my son's medications, They are incapable of simply sending it over to the pharmacy. I keep calling and they say they are calling it in and the pharmacy tells me everyday they haven't called it in. Now my son is out of medication and I don't know what to do other than cry!

Left multiple voicemails to try and get help for MONTHS, they completely IGNORED my calls and never reached back out to me!! They gave my number out to a random person who was seeking medical help so I know they saw my messages!! I would give 0 stars if I could. They don't care about their patients who severely need help!!!!
