Great but fast to bar people for no reason other then them a being at wrong place wrong time or b them defending there self I seen a woman who waa threatend by a bigger male bodly harm call her a witch and that was me putting it nice then park behind her car blocking her in get out and threaten her again in her face attempt to grab her arms and she pushed him away and told him to back off and get out of her face and I just found out last week that they kicked her out of the casino for one hole year for defending her self I am not pleased being a woman who I my self suffered for 10 years in a abusive relationship to see a man do what he did and the victim a woman gets punished it's bad enough that woman all over the world right now are enduring abuse then when they stick up for there self they yet again get punished and told they did wrong you lost my money quest and I will tell my support group of woman this young lady's story and how yet again the system failed us.

Sorry, I loved their buffet when I first went here. Now they over charge you for poor quality food.

Smoke everywhere, trashy people everywhere, exactly what you'd expect from a casino I suppose.

I went to win money, not lose it. But still had a good time losing it. Free soda is great, helps with the pain of losing money.

Really when you boil it down, one of the nicer places to go in the Spokane area, with a wide window of entertaining time open, and most bang for your buck (depending on the spin of those machines), eats not found anywhere around, and shows and a place to stay; it could handle a full on out-of-towner as only destination, a stay-cationer looking for a weekend away, or the "I turned my cell phone off and need to chill for a couple hours, hit ya up before dinner"...well u get it.

Beautiful hotel/resort however extremely smokey due to poor ventilation. The food court staff was rude and the food was horrible.

Went to play for an evening of fun. Quite a few different table games and plenty of slots to keep you busy. Good experience overall.

Went to Dinner and a movie at Quest Casino, it was an amazing experience. We TRUELY enjoyed our experience there.

Everyone staff and other guests were extremely kind, patient, and friendly. There was a non smoking room and an area for little kids and big kids. Next time I'm in the area I will be back. We all had lots of fun.

The employees at Northern Quest event staff were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond for me and my friend. We weren't able to find the guy from 92.9 KZZU and wouldn't be able to go to my meet and greet to see the Goo Goo Dolls. I was devastated to say the least. One super sweet lady who was at the door for the meet and greet was amazing and got us in which I actually ended up finding the guy there. But she didn't for one second think twice about helping me. She made my night... made my whole summer as I'm in a sling due to shoulder surgery. I wish I'd gotten her name so I could give her praise with her managers. My event was unbelievable couldn't of been more perfect.

Really a great casino, I spent a few hours there and the staff was very pleasant, the drinks were timely and good.

Saw a concert here. It was a great venue. A little cold, but we bundled up and enjoyed it. Highly recommended.

It was ok. I was there with my bf, we went to play $20 each on the slot machines. But sometimes it seems like the employees aren't taking their jobs seriously anymore since they have more self-serve machines (for cashing out, etc) and since they've added those, as well as expanded their parking, the people who go there to do whatever don't care so much and they get rude. The casino or whoever don't seem to be regulating that in anyway. I mean, if you put in a huge parking area should you accommodate by adding more security or even a traffic person? Just saying..

I visited the buffet. The food was nothing to write home about, but kids under 10 eat free on wednesdays. The casino itself looks really nice and they appear to be expanding quite a bit.

I actually won for a change....plus I got to watch Charley Pride playing craps

The casino was clean, friendly staff, smoking is allowed and the machines worked as i have always known them to play. There are a lot of new and innovative slot machines. Every game you can imagine.

Service and food are awesome. Valet service guys were very friendly and helpful.

I was there just to hang out with my newly found sister and we had a couple of drinks and played some slots while we had kids quest watch my son it was just a wonderful time to be able to drop him off and he had a lot of fun while we were able to visit play some games have some drinks and just get to know each other and we are even talking about going back when we have a little bit more time and spending some more time there as a family thank you so much for this opportunity

No one talks to anybody. How are you doing? Only the people that serves, talks to people, and only when you cash out if you by chance make any money. Can't hear any music, other people who work doesn't communicate with their business people. Gambling is good, but have more things going on that makes people come more.

There are a lot of restrictions to thus place because of Covud but it is very fun with all the activities and things to do nonetheless it is very fun.

I did masseliws for dinner the waiter was awesome. spent the night the motel personal treated me well. got treated very good by everyone and always do get treated well. The casinos fun the servers alway treat me well

We watched a movie M & movie Theater with the family. Overall it was a fun experience. the kids really enjoyed having food brought to the table. The seats were comfortable and staff was friendly. We will do it again.

Dinner at Fat Burger, tasty and pretty quick. We enjoyed the Penn and Teller Show! Personally wish there were more non-smoking areas, especially in walking areas.

I have wanted to play Craps and have hesitated to play fearing the fast pace and lack of knowledge and game etiquette. I have to say if you were like me and that is keeping you - forget it and go. The staff made lack of knowledge fun and made sure I learned before betting. Go and enjoy.

Hotel was a pleasant stay, the front desk person went above and beyond for me and to make sure I was a satisfied guest. The room was clean and the shower is amazing but nothing compared to sleeping in the king size bed. Pure luxury and you must try it.

They have an area designed for the entire family, and a wonderful place that willfor your children to play

We attended a concert at the casino. The event center was fully staffed and everyone was very nice. The drinks were fairly priced and the lime moved quickly. The downside was that the seats in the back were not all raised up so it was difficult to see.

The buffet brunch is fantastic and a reasonable price. If you want a lot of breakfast food and it is the weekend Northern Quest is the way to go!

Company Christmas party and it was amazing and a couple of our managers each won $1000 on the machines awesome

Would have given it 5 stars if we would have been told that we needed to reserve a time for the spa at time of booking. And if you do go to the spa, show up about 10 mins early as they get a little annoyed if you show up on time.

I always come out ahead gambling here and they have a good frozen yogurt bar.

Northern Quest atmosphere I felt it to be very relaxing to unwind and have some fun winning .

Everything is awesome. Rooms, restaurants, swimming pool, decor, everything.

The best part of this place is the cigar bar, followed by the card tables, and even those left a lot to be desired.

Drinks and other consumables are expensive, though no surprise there. Happy hour dinner special at the cigar bar is nice. Cigars themselves are not over priced per se, but at the very highest end of full retail. No carry ins unless you rent a very expensive locker. Cigar bar staff was great.

The restaurants are either super nice or like what you would find in a little rural town's mall, but more expensive. $16 bucks for a basic burger meal at fat burger.

As far as gaming goes, there are various versions of live poker, pretty straightforward. The format is pretty professional, though there is some questions of legitimacy regarding the decks which will likely never be answered. Other reviews have reinforced this suspicion.

5 digital poker games, 5 digital keno games, and I don't mean game options... I mean machines... total. live keno is available, and hundreds upon hundreds of line games. The variety and distribution of digital games is unbearably underwhelming.

All in all there were a couple pleasantries worth mentioning, but the overall experience was pretty disappointing. I can't imagine going back there. For the price, your better off spending $70 on a plane ticket to Vegas, a couple hundred on hotels and have the weekend of a lifetime... Probably end up spending less this way too.

I really enjoy going they all treat you like family. It's nice to win every once in awhile. If you want a great night try the Resort The shower's are awesome .

Diffrent places to eat, they have great food. Drinks are okay.. Casino is okay. I havent brought my family to the new part yet. The arcade and water park.

Went to a concert. Was a great experience. Felt safe with police on all tiers of the parking garage. Little spooky with the hotel overlooking the venue though.

It's about time I left a review of this joint. As far as comparing this hotel and casino to other places nationwide, I'm not going to because it's pretty normal for a place with its price structure. But for Spokane, I'll say it's dynamite now that they closed the nightclub, which is a pity because we liked dancing. Dancing, that is, without the fighting, brawling and security staking the place out as became typical. I understand why they ditched it and put in a bar/eatery. Music venue: Pretty awesome! They've made huge gains in the last year with it, and they are bringing in very diverse musicians. Customer service at Northern Quest is defined and most times exemplary. You will find the odd disgruntled employee, but that's unavoidable. FOOD: Masselow's is fantastic for service, presentation of plates, and edibility. Every chunk of meat I've ordered has arrived perfectly cooked. Great bread. Meat portions are small in my opinion, but I like meat! Mid-range eateries: Standard fare, good service, if not necessarily hurried during busy times, and the food is nothing to complain about. Fast food: It's fast food. The only reason you're eating it is to fill your stomach. New kids area/daycare: Great, but I highly question parents who would take a vacation to an adult-themed place with kids. People these days lol! The new gift store isn't really a gift store. It's a store store. Pretty good stuff. Lots of clothes. Overpriced of course, but you're at a casino, right? Spa: Above average if it's worth your money. Pool: Average. Golf driving range: Never done it. Movie and a Dinner Theater across the street: Pretty cool!! We really enjoyed ourselves there. Off-Track Betting area: If you're boring, you'll like it. Cigar Room: Nice!
Card tables: Standard. On busy nights they open more expensive tables to force those that want to play into betting more, but Northern Quest isn't alone. Just an industry irritation is all. Dealers: Ah! Some are great, others seem to hate life. Avoid the life-haters. It's a drag. And finally, the rooms: We've mostly stayed in their suites, so I'll comment on them, though we've never stayed in the most expensive of the selection. My rating is a five star for lodging. Beds, fantastic. View, great, but there's not much to look at. Layout of the rooms is thoughtful, though I would suggest moving the television in the master bedroom to one side so you can enjoy the window space taken up by the screen. Bathrooms/showers/jetted tubs are rated waaaay above five star. I'd say that lodging at Northern Quest is made complete by the personal, finishing touches. Turn down service, complimentary water bottles, great towels, and of course the bathrobes. I took away a star due to Northern Quest still having a bit of trouble with shady characters roaming around the place. Other than that, an all around wonderful and diverse resort area to visit!

Best casino around Spokane area, best selection of machines, great food selections, restaurants. Very nice place to go.

Too smoky and a long walk thru it to get to the Buffet. While the choices were okay and some of the dishes were tasty (the BBQ ribs were outstanding), service was atrocious (except for the prime rib cutter) and much of the other selections were tasteless.
No need for us to ever return... unless JUST for the ribs - but wearing a smoke mask on the way! Bleghhh koff koff!

Quest is a great place to stay, play, and relax. Customer service is top notch. The continuous improvements keep them at the top of my favorite places to be.

We are very fortunate to have such a luxurious resort hotel in Spokane. Northern Quest has it all! From fine food to Kids Quest. Quality shopping at fair prices. The hotel rooms are the nicest rooms I have stayed in. The beds are so comfortable I had to have breakfast in bed! The pool & jacuzzi are designed tastefully in modern decor. It is a comfortable atmosphere throughout the resort.

Lots of food and drink options throughout this gigantic location. I haven t had a bad meal or drink there. Lots of gaming available. They are currently undergoing a massive construction project to add to the total experience, so you may have to detour a little to get in. Their live shows and concerts are always well done.

Spokane's Las Vegas. You used to win a little but not anymore. I guess they are still growing, but it still fun.

Love the new construction and the kid area. The advancements are making it super likely I will frequent the northern quest resort more often. I'm really looking forward to the dinner and a movie center to open up for future date nights. Staff inside the coffee shop were awesome.
