Beautiful rooms the smoke gets to you. Very small non smoking area.

Seemed like the vents in the smoking section of the casino could've been a lot better. I don't smoke, and the nonsmoking section is small with less options and variety. One must travel through the smoking section to get to the food court or get to the self serve soda machines, so it's pretty guaranteed that anyone who comes here will have to go through the smoking section. I don't go to casinos often anymore, but I remember the ones on the other side of the state had excellent vents... but there could've been a lot less people at the time. Not sure if this is helpful. Didn't eat, only gambled a little. Plus side: free soda, and there was an interesting flavor of mountain dew available.

Service was fast! Everyone was so nice too! Great experience!

Enjoy there casino rewards could be a bit better but overall pretty good and one of the few casinos near CDA to have tables

It a nice place to get away from life it self. Servicer on the game floor is poor. When u want a drink u can never fine a servicer. You will have to get our own drink. Otherwise enjoy your self...

My wife and I stayed at the hotel this past weekend and there were some rowdy guest making a problem and being loud in the hallway at 2AM. The security guards were up there immediately and settled the situation. Jackie at the front desk was very nice and accommodating and let us have a late checkout and comped two buffets for the inconvenience even though it wasn't the hotel's fault. I am very satisfied and the rooms are great!!!! Phil Haugen the CEO and his brothers are great people.

Alot of machines to play. Tournaments play as well. Buffet is tasty.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. Security and floor employees are rude to say the least. Credit where credit is due the atmosphere is great, rooms are beautiful and the casino itself is one of the nicest in the inland northwest, that being said I can't say I'd go here again or recommend this place to anyone. The staff really is that bad

Chinese Restaurant inside the casino is great! Usually a wait on weekend nights but well worth it.

I saw Penn and Teller at Northern Quest Casino. They were wonderful and the show was memorable. I've never been a big fan of casinos, mainly because I don't find gambling to be very interesting. After the show, there was quite a crowd to wade through to get out of the venue, which is probably unavoidable since there were over a thousand attendees, but I had to pee really bad, so it was kind of annoying. Similarly, I wanted to eat at the casino's Fatburger, but the line was way too long. I've heard some stories about bad service at the Northern Quest Fatburger, specifically concerning the manager, but since I didn't actually eat there, I can't speak personally. Basically, I was only at the casino to see Penn and Teller, and I was impressed with the casino's professionalism in hosting the show. I will probably see more shows at Northern Quest in the future.

Like it here stayed for a night disappointed they did not have 24 hour pool facilities i mean even laquinta has 24 hour pool you would think the casino would also i am sugar girl and they had no place for me to buy any snacks after 1030

Stayed there during conference, it was jam packed but the management was amazing. The management took really good care of each and every student. The view was amazing, the beds were king size and most of the amenities were included. The best thing I like was their restrooms, beautiful and super big!!

The place is nice floor servers could be more nice to patrons and for employees during covid they could have found other departments that they could work on rather then permanently laying them off

The odds are definitely not in your favor gambling but the theatre, buffet, arcade and special events are great. Don t take too much money gambling though your odds of winning even more than you bring are like that of Powerball.

Everyone did their best to make sure I had the best time possible, and my hair and nails turned out great!

Born & Raised in Vegas. I can say this place hits home. Has the feel of a Vegas casino. Nicely done.

I attended a training there. The smoke in there was very heavy. Even in the section where there was "no smoking". There really needs to more stronger ventilation system of some sort to help that. The building looks really nice and the meeting accommodations we're excellent. Especially the food!

For as large as this venue is sure doesn't pay a lot and the club card has no effect on your winningits only used to track your depositing into the casino as well the perks only kick in in the higher tiers of players of you ain't spending 2500$ in the casino a month your not getting very good incentives.

Went here for the all you can eat seafood buffet. The cold peel and eat shrimp were the best thing they had. All the different hot crab legs were overcooked and were a bit rubbery. I still ate quite a few as I felt that at almost 50 bucks a head I needed to get my moneys worth. There wasn t any lobster which is probably a good thing as overcooked lobster is terrible. The deserts were very good. We had a waitress that brought drinks for us but we didn t see her very much. I would like to try their breakfast buffet, it s more reasonably priced. I won t come here for seafood again, there are better places to get seafood that is cooked right.

Go there to watch, not to try and win. I'm pretty disciplined when it comes to gambling and can set a target goal for winnings and then leave if o reach it. That being said playing perfect strategy andn Blackjack, I've only come out ahead 3-4 times of the approximately 20 times I've been to NQC. Far FAR less than what I average at the casinos in my hometown of Seattle. Which is probably 10-13 times out of 20. But what I've seemed to notice the most is that very FEW patrons leave this casino "up", and usually upon entering the building I inevitably see several "long faces" leaving.
However, if slots are your thing and you've got deep poclets with no qualms about leaving with them emptied, then Northern Quest Casino will be right up your alley! With a bunch of new machines mixed in with a few old favorites, you could probably have a great time with a friend for $1000 a night and that could probably include a room and meals!

Haven't had the opportunity to stay in the hotel but as far as gambling goes is definitely the best place around

Only go 2x a year for our birthday and crab buffet. Saved for a month to take my hubby who just finished 5 weeks of radiation and his 2nd brain surgery to eat and play $20. The food was good. NO KING CRAB? I was very surprised as I called before leaving to check on hours. Was told king crab, snow crab, Dungeness. Very disappointed. Prime rib was our 2nd choice. 2 racks cooked to mw. Not been a pink slice. NY was awesome but had a tough chewy spot through the middle. Couldn't get a refill on our ice tea. Even went to where servers dispense it. Was told go sit down your server will get it. As we were getting ready to leave we finally got asked for a refill. Being on fixed income that was a lot of money spent for this experience. It was definitely not a good one this time. Oh well. We have birthdays again next year.

Met friends at Epic for a drink. Great atmosphere. Even on a busy night, service was prompt and attentive.

Security helped me get my cell phone back from a thief that stole my phone at the plaza thief claimed he needed to call his wife

Buffet ok, decently priced but some of the food had been out for a while. Make sure tong during busier hours so the food gets replaced faster

They have really comfortable beds and the rooms are nice. Service there is wonderful any time day or night. I am sure you will enjoy your stay there as well.

Overall quality of the casino great I really only issues at the casino every time I go out there it costs more and more just to play

Lots of slot machines and table games. Very clean. Good air quality. Most casinos are very smokey not this one. They also offerr a good size nonsmoking gaming section.

I will say that it's an absolutely amazing looking casino. My issue was the lack of crowd control on the casino floor, especially with the Corona virus going on. Granted, this was on a Friday night, but the shoulder to shoulder of people without masks was absurd. Yes, you can have a drink without a mask on, but limit the amount of people entering at least. Also the sanitizing of the machines was lacking heavily. Obviously money speaks louder than public safety...

Very well staffed, hotel is very nice, casino is a little hectic, but can be very lively. Easy to find and close to both Hwy 2 and I-90.

Treated my fiance' to a day at the spa with a facial, her last day of vacation. Though the facial was really nice, the facilities was lame. My fiance' had to dodge men moving furniture in the women's locker/lounge room, in middle of the day both before her massage and after her massage because the furniture the staff decided, didn't fit after all. NOT VERY RELAXING FOR HER! Don't you think this could have been done after hours? Had to call the front desk from a phone on the wall in the hot tub area to ask for our complimentary champagne. But, not a direct line to the desk, I actually had to go through the outside line and listen to all the blah, blah, blah. The waterfalls on the walls were not working, the pitcher of drinking water was empty and the dry sauna temp is so low that I didn't even break a sweat after 15 minutes, before giving up. So much for a relaxing day. #DISAPPOINTED!

Beautiful facility, pleasant atmosphere wasn't overwhelmed by smoke, good food and anytime you can leave with more than you came with is great.

I only play play the slots. One in particular. It's past out well but not high amounts. The restaurants have good food. The buffet can be a bit or miss.

Amazing rooms... A little pricey but worth it... Great atmosphere and you actually get to play the games!

I come here at least ones a month. I requested few times not to put me in a handicap room this is the third time I m in handicap room. I talked to nick manager he said can t do anything about it so all 3 times I ended up with a handicap room ..

The casinos really nice the rooms are gorgeous and so are the showers the workers were all very courteous

It's a casino. Also known as a donation to the Indians for us taking their land. They could be like Vegas and give us free drinks for spending $100 in 5 minutes, but it is what it is.

Usually everything is great but today I waited for 20 min to get someone to help with a paper jam. Then not one server came by for drinks. It's just been an off day I guess.

Very Much Las Vegas like with superb restaurants, entertainment as well as a place to stay with thier award winning hotel. Very classy with excellent wait staff makes this a 'True Destination Resort'. They are always updating, upgrading and adding to the resort to make it even better. And roughly 2 years ago they bought the Spokane Golf and Country Club, remodeled the entire thing, also with 5 Star restaurants to match the best 'No Holds Barred' best golf course for 100's of miles around.
You cannot go wrong visiting NQC for an evening of food and entertainment or a weeklong vacation without all the travel expenses of Las Vegas.
And yes, the golf course (i. e. The Kalispell Golf Course and Country Club) is that exceptional and open to the public!!!
