On 24/9/19 my husband Arthur Cottom (D.O.B 19/2/1947) arrived at Broadmeadows Health Centre, Northern Pathology office at 0800 hrs. He had a several blood tests ordered which were duly taken by your lab staff. He identified all test tubes as belonging to him. The requested results have NOT been delivered, all standard and routine. Where are they?
