I was very impressed with the care I received from the referral to Northern Orthopedics. I broke my back and was fitted with a "turtle-shell" back brace. "Gretchen" was such a blessing! I am a chubby girl, and had problems with getting a good fit, that didn't hurt my body. On multiple occasions Gretchen helped just by understanding my needs, and working so hard to help to make me comfortable. I wore the brace for 9 months, it was not fun or comfortable, but Gretchen worked with me, and helped make a bad situation better for me. Her customer service was amazing! Thank you Northern Orthopedics for helping my recovery be as smooth as possible! Gretchen is a Rock Star, and while I know it is a group effort, Gretchen is your BEST worker, and you would be served well to keep her forever!!
