I wasn't sure if I would like it here at first. Now that I have graduated from NOC, it will always hold a special place in my heart. The instructors are amazing, the staff is warm and helpful. The cost of education is just the cherry on top.

One of the nicest campuses I've visited! Great staff! (Hi Renna)
Great atmosphere, super friendly. I was surprised such a fine campus was of the least expensive. Northern Oklahoma College is good all the way around! I loved performing there!

Everything I was taught here was outdated when it was time for a career. On top of that, they held my transcripts hostage for 8 years on behalf of Oklahoma State University regarding some books that I had supposedly purchased (I rented all books). What gives them the right to hold my transcripts? Let alone for another university? My advice consider moving to another state for your education if you can.

Quite the racket they got going on here. Charging an online class fee on top of, and comparable to, the initial tuition fee for the online class. Other "course fees" that just serve as duplicate fees in addition to base tuition. Student shield fee, safety and wellness fees. ID fee for an ID machine that seems to always be broken. Books made specifically for the college so you can't rent from a third party, etc.

Then they charge out of state tuition for my daughter but not my son despite identical living arrangements. Also ask my son to buy $2k computer on the first day of school and of course they can put their orders through the bookstore.

Basically all the predatory things you'd expect from a for-profit college only it's some podunk hole-in-the-wall instead.

Seriously, never encountered a community college where financial aid wasn't able to cover tuition... until NOC. Might as well go to OSU.
