Yes it is a pain to get in the doors at first... and yes theirs like EVERY mental doctors have a LONG waiting list but I waited and now I'm getting the best help out there. Love this place and yes the struggle real but once u get established its all worth it
This place does NOT have the patients best interest in mind. I worked for a community clinic for many years how they handled an appointment today for a family member was very wrong.
Hopes gives me care I can afford with a great sliding scale. I would not be able to afford medical expenses if it wasn't for them. Thanks Hopes!
Only 1 star cuz that is the least I could give physically. They refused my brother hospice, thought we were lying about his condition and he passed 2 days later. We NEVER received a call back either from his case worker
i dont know how anyone ever even gets in to see a doctor here, if you are a new patient you can not just call at anytime and set up an appointment, you have to call exactly at 8am and they only have so many new patient appointments per day so if you are not one of the first to get through on the line they tell you to call again to orrow, they dont just set up appointments ( first new patient appointment) normally in advance like all other clinics and doctors do , it is rediculous i called 5 days straight and still did not get an appointment, i gav eup
in front of theADULT CLINIC counter where you treat patients. People who are caring for adult patients are very rude I think that if a patient needs information, the best way to answer is by being kind and giving him correct information
Rather than leaving a novel describing all the things I don t like and calling people out specifically, I ll keep it short. People are condescending and rude.
It is a pain to establish patient care as they only accept a round of callers on weekdays around 0800(they will still cut you off just being a few minutes off, its not practical). They need to modify their system like regular outpatient clinics where you can simply call(or book online) to book the next available appointment. I dont know whose brilliant idea it was to setup this bogus protocol.
Great place!! A little hard to make an appointment. But once you're in, the service is amazing.
