I'm glad the hospital recommended this place, from beginning to end we had a good experience.

First experience in a rehab center and I have no complaints. Everyone that works here is as nice as can be. Nurses are great, food is good and facilities are kept clean.

Thanks to the staff, nurses, and physical therapists of the Northampton convalescent and Rehabilitation Center for your professional help, prompt assistance, and physical therapy during my recent stay for post surgical recovery.

The prompt responses and helpful attitude by the nurses when I needed assistance was very reassuring. The progressive and well planned physical therapy program most assuredly shortened my recovery time.

The spacious commons area with couches and seating at tables for visitor comfort, dining, TV viewing, exercise and the floor to to ceiling window views of the outside area created a relaxed environment for residents and visitors.

If there were a negative rating available.... it would be at the extreme low end. Yes... there are good folks working here... but from the top down... it's all about the money!!!! Keep looking... go someplace else.

Smaller facility. Private rooms are very nice. Food is great and staff are tremendously helpful.

My mother spent 14 months here after a severe stroke that left her with many disabilities. From the administration to the therapists to the doctors to the nursing and aide staff, the care she received was extraordinary. Everyone treated her with the utmost respect, care and concern during her entire stay. The facility is clean and pleasant. My mother's care needs were difficult but everyone that touched her couldn't have been more compassionate and caring. I am forever grateful to everyone that participated in her care.
