Attended the Halloween Havoc tonight. Event started at 7pm. We arrived at 6:45 and it took over an hour and twenty minutes to even get into the event. Even with police attendance to help with guiding cars, the neighborhood was just too small for the amount of traffic they had this evening. Additionally, it was very concerning that many of the volunteers were touching cars and "pretending" to open car doors. Especially during a pandemic. Volunteers were coming right up to the cars and not leaving enough space for drivers to actually drive without getting accidentally injured. It was also confusing as to whether there was going to be a drive by trick or treat or not due to the lack of communication prior to the event for those actually visiting the event. Other than that, there was a lot of great scenes set up and it definitely had a wide variety of participation from the community. Complimentary glow sticks for the kids were also a hit and really helped keep the kids entertained while waiting in line to get in. Overall, very pleased with the event and would definitely support it again in the future.

The little league program prospers here because of its location. The North Tonawanda Parks Dept keeps the condition of the field in great shape. I would say that it s a very good overall ball park to take friends and family to, to enjoy the ball games.

We went to the playground behind the old Payne school. It was pretty run down. The layout is weird. My kids had fun though, so I suppose it doesn't matter. There are baby swings, along with regular swings, a slide and climber type deal, and a volley ball court.
