I am getting orthotics at the moment and they're always available for adjustments at short notice and always friendly and kind.

Thay are very nice and the always let you know if something is going wrong. #Youguys are the best

I am so happy I chose Aura Orthodontics to get my braces. I went to a few different orthodontists for consultations with in Vancouver since I live there, but I chose Aura in Surrey because It s super clean, the staff is really nice, & they made the experience of having braces as comfortable as can be. I definitely recommend Aura Orthodontics!

I have been going to aura for 2 years now and have been getting the best service. The staff is very friendly and professional.

Aura Guildford is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.

I was charged for two months during their closure due to Covid-19 and was not provided with any treatment (or communication) during this time.

Multiple calls were not returned to rectify the situation. I was consistently treated as a last priority patient by Aura.

Do not business with this company.

The matter has been rectified to my satisfaction by the marketing department on this date.

EDIT: My original experience was terrible but after Harjot the office manager reached out to me, it became an absolute amazing experience!

She first phoned me to ask for details regarding my experience and kept apologizing and did seem that she genuinely cared. She even insisted on refunding the portion that I paid when I kept telling her it was fine and that I really appreciated her taking the time to phone me.

Overall, Harjot is wonderful and I wish I had the opportunity to meet her when I was there. She definitely exceeded customer service expectations and went above and beyond to resurrect all issues.

Terrible experience from start to finish! My bad experience began even from phoning to inquire and schedule my appointment- the receptionist spoke in a very unfriendly condescending tone but I just passed it off as she may have been busy at the time I phoned. She told me my claim will have to be submitted myself so I agreed since I understand there are businesses that don t process the claims themselves.

Then came the appointment day; I was booked to repair my bottom retainer which had come loose, and make a new clip in retainer as my old one had been damaged. The moment I stepped in I was greeted by the same receptionist who I had spoken to on the phone and to my surprise my old orthodontist had retired. Out of curiosity I asked the receptionist for details and once again she spoke to me in a condescending tone.

Once I was seated in, I was greeted by the very nice (and the only saving grace for my visit) orthodontist who listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I was then greeted by the assistant who is the main reason for me writing this review. To my understanding, if there is water involved in any treatment, there needs to be a bib provided? This woman was spraying water all over my face and clothes and while she s grinding away at the cement holding my retainer in my mouth, she left gritty bits in my mouth afterwards too. After finishing up I decided I did NOT want this woman to make my clip in retainer and told her so.

I was so furious with my experience at this clinic I phoned my dentist (who recommended this clinic years ago when the old orthodontist still owned the business) and shared my experience and asked for other clinics around. He actually said he could take me in and make me the clip in retainer himself. After coming in and him inspecting the bottom retainer that had been repaired at Aurora, he was shocked to tell me I DIDNT HAVE ENOUGH cement in to hold my retainer! And I paid for this too? Thankfully he put more in but had I not gone to him, I wouldn t have known!

Overall a very bad experience and would never recommend anyone I know to come here.

I did my treatment for my braces here for 12 months and they were always very nice and quick to get the job done. Whenever I had problems with my braces they d always have space and book emergency appointments. The staff in general was very kind and always talked with you

I was a patient at this cloning for 2 years, and I am very satisfied with my visits and results. The treatment and care was outstanding

My experience here for my daughter is excellent. We didn't have any problems. Usual appointments to change the wires are quick and efficient it takes less than 10 minutes at most and you're done.

Staff at the Guildford office took great care of my daughter's teeth. She is getting her braces off today and is so happy with her smile. It's great to see it since she hid it before getting braces.

The Doctors and staff here at Aura Guilford are very friendly!
They were very patient with me when ever I broke anything and very straightforward telling me the truth whenever I had a problem. I would definitely recommend this place!

Aura was great with treatments and always good for emergency apts and keeping the schedule or treatment. Did the job perfectly to fix my teeth, couldn t be more satisfied.

The dentist is pretty good but my daughter said she likes to get her braces tightened by the same person she usually has, because sometimes the person she has messes up and her mouth is sore afterwards (they have to retake and put the wire back in) otherwise the service there is really good!! Also the timing is perfect and the staff is really kind and sweet:)

Worked with the Aura Orthodontics team for about 2 years.
Staff and the docs were always very pleasant and detailed in their explanation of what was required and how it was going to be done.
