Great training if you want to learn gymnastics the correct way. The coaches are just the right amount of tough and fun. Lots of positive affirmations along with corrections.

If you are serious in having your daughter pursue gymnastics, they will provide one of the best training, support, home schooling, and life training (strictness as if their own kids) in the country.

My 6 year old was verbally abused and physically dragged by the owner who set the military style tone of this asylum. The drill sergeant approach may work for some, but not at that age. I've also witnessed girls around 10-12 years old being screamed at for questioning an instructor.

North Stars is a great facility for the serious competitive gymnast, for the more recreational athlete, not so much. They are all business when it comes to training and it takes serious dedication to survive that environment. For those who do, glory awaits, otherwise look for another facility.
