This place, by far, is the best place to board your fluffy luvs. I have boarded my dogs at a few places. Every time we went there, it was sparkling clean and smelled great. Many of the employees are young people who seem to really love dogs. They even called to clarify instructions we left with them. They seemed to really enjoy our pups. We paid a little extra for them to participate in daily play groups. Well worth the little extra cost. Neither dog acted like they had been abandoned, like they had at previous places. We had them groomed the day before we picked them up and their groomer did a fabulous job. Nails were nice and short. The dogs looked great. This dog mom will continue to bring our dogs for boarding in the future. Im super picky and I HIGHLY recommend this place! Well worth the dollars spent. Dont cheap out on boarding your babies. Great little place! While it has a lot of concrete my little girl is well cared for and gets to play with the other doggies and always comes home happy and tired. They just built a great outdoor fenced in extension the so the puppers have a better area to do there business.

I just got home from here, after our first grooming visit. I can t say enough good things! My dog is a huge handful to groom, but he had his best haircut in years!

They were very thorough communicating with us beforehand. They even asked to see pictures of his previous cuts, to make sure they got it right.

Other than the grooming for my dog, we could see some of their doggy daycare/boarding pups happily playing away with some of the employees. They were bouncing all around and having a good time. It was very cute.

Everyone we dealt with working there were extremely nice, understanding, and helpful. I will definitely go back again!

Very rude staff, concrete bunkers that are open and several dogs barking and echoing. Never again.

Our dog goes once a week to North Star Pet Resort. He loves to go! Boris gets to play and interact with other dogs. Great socializing. I highly recommend it. Great staff!

I have a high energy, large mix breed dog that I had to board while I went on a trip. North Star Pet Resort was recommended by my vet for boarding. They were extremely well organized, the staff were very friendly and my pup warmed up to them immediately. I trust them completely with my dog and know he's in good hands when I can't take him with me.

Great place to take your dog! We were initially given a tour with our puppy on where he would stay, play, and hang out. Grooming services are also available as add-ons. I appreciate that everyone seems to LIKE dogs- you can leave knowing you can entrust your dog with them. This is an excellent opportunity to socialize your dog too, with times set aside for them to engage with others. We've used their services for a day of busy work and for trip's out of town. Picking our dog up from North Star is like picking your kid's up from an amusement park- he's used up his energy and is very happy!
