Machines are VERY TIGHT! I would not recommend. Atmosphere and food good but definitely not the place to play if you are wanting to try to win anything. Yikes!

We make our way up to North Star every three weeks. I just wanted to tell you about my last stay on the 27th of August. We came early to get ready for Bingo. I do not have names. The women that registers guess in for Bingo, the man that help us with Bingo machines and the Bingo Manager. Please recognize all three for outstanding customer service. We keep coming back because of the great staff.
A Customer prematurely took our table. Your staff could have easily looked the other way. However, these three staff members went above and beyond to get us a new table next to the brewers game! The Manager ensured that she was going to make it right! I have been in retail for 20 plus years, I will take this staff all day long! Job well Done.

I love this casino. They at least let you keep playing and have fun. The brandy old fashions are a must for me when I play. So delicious! Food is also very good and workers are very nice. I will keep going back.

Nice small rv park. Don't like where they have 2 Campers hooking up next to each other. Landscaping timbers with rocks inside where you hook up water and electricity is a hazard.

We arrived about 2 hours before we could check into our room so we got a drink and started to gamble. We lost our bank role before we checked into our room. I don't expect to win at a casino but it would be nice to be able to play but that's how it goes. My low rating is for the food service and options. I understand that there is a shortage of people wanting to work but the food was terrible and the service was sub par and our only option was the quick service deli. There wasn't anything to do after we stopped gambling so we went to bed early.

Brought the motor home only no car. So, if we wanted to eat we had to eat from deli. Ok, but not great and you had to take the food with you. Machines seem tight, so not really a fun experience.

This casino and resort was larger than I expected and is kept clean and sanitized. We had a great time there.

Free bus ride, friendly people. Free play better than Oneida. Unlike Oneida you win once in awhile!!! Nice

There was no hot water in our room. Unable to shower. Hotel staff saw for themselves that there was no hot water. There also was no soap (probably because they knew there was no hot water!) The toilet paper roll was also empty. They offered $25 in rewards play...(essentially nothing, cuz you know what happens with rewards play). They refused to reduce the cost of our room.

Bought show tickets. Drove there day of show to find it cancelled. They had my email but never bothered to tell me. Now have to wait until Monday to ask a manager for a refund on show tickets
