If there was a zero it would be instead of the one rating. Total joke. My elderly mother has had a dodgy boiler, radiators and various other repair issues since she moved in around 10 years ago. They say they are coming out to repair but don't turn up. Then to add insult to injury the receptionist basically called her a liar and she was extremely rude. They need to learn customer service skills. Going to take this further as this isn't funny anymore
