The coaches were knowledgeable and supportive, but the facility was quite cramped, leading to overcrowding during peak times. Additionally, the schedule was a bit inflexible, making it hard to find convenient class times. However, the website was easy to navigate and provided helpful resources for parents and students. I appreciate the efforts of the staff, but improvements in facility size and class scheduling would greatly enhance the overall experience. 🤸‍♂️
