With a person who has severe dental anxiety I highly recommend northpoint s dental clinic. I ve been to other dental clinics with insane wait times but this was not one of them. Ifrah who works with Dr. brooks was very kind and advised me about everything she was doing in my mouth and what to expect. Dr. Brooks s chair side manner surpassed any doctor I have ever met before. He took the time to explain everything to me in great detail. When the time for the actual procedure came, it was flawless and painless. I went there for the physical experiment, and charge to me two times with others was a scam. Please make sure you have a receipt and understand all prices. I will never visit that place again.

In a neighborhood that is crime-infested, troubled, disadvantaged, and poor one might expect a clinic in the heart of it to lack quality staff and care. This is not the case.

This is the best clinic at which I've ever received care. Every person does their job in an exceptional manner and treats people with dignity and respect. The doctors are excellent, knowledgeable, experienced, caring, and intelligent. The nurses do an excellent job supporting them and administering care. The medical assistants are friendly and prompt. The phlebotomists draw blood with vampire precision and without pain. The lab staff gets people through quickly and has results in short order. Even the Covid screeners at the door do their best to get people through quickly but ensuring the clinic is not an infection site.

Dr. Cullinan is the best physician I've ever had for a primary care physician and among the best of any type of doctor. He respects patients, listens and takes the needed time instead of rushing to get people through like some clinicians who treat medicine like a factory. He orders the right lab tests. I don't have to go back 3 or 4 times to find a diagnosis. He could be doing research or just about anything, but his want to help people brought him to this clinic. He's succeeded in helping me at every opportunity. He's a real credit to the organization and whatever they pay him is absolutely not enough.

Thanks to everyone at North Point for a great health care experience. While I loathe the American health care system, the people of North Point have overcome that adversity in the name of better health in North Minneapolis.

The customer service you receive when calling this facility is completely unprofessional. I HATE to have to call here.

Their patient bill of rights state I have a right to change the dentist I see. I called to make appointment with Dentist I wanted to see. They scheduled me with that Dentist. When I was seated in dental another Dentist appeared with no explanation. This dentist was fresh out of dental school and admitted she did not know how to do the procedure. I left and never had the procedure done. I am still be being billed for the appointment even though I was never seen by the Dentist I wanted to see.

April I called to trying get a prescription for my meds and was told I had to speak with my doctor before I can get a prescription. I had been off my medication for almost 6 months due to no health insurance. Left a message for my Primary Dr to return my call, had missed initial call and her nurse called back explained I was at work and apologized for missing the call I also asked if I could get a time for my call, I was told that my dr was too busy and couldn t give me a set time. I am diabetic and that was April and my Dr has not made ay other attempts to contact me!!

They have got to have the worst appointment line ever I've called 3 days in a row waited over 30 minutes on hold no answer

My doctor & my son s doctor are great! Reason why I keep North Point as our primary clinic, but PLEASE, receptionists....why the reason to be rude?! My reason for my one star is to draw the attention to the rudeness of some receptionists.

Everything about the clinic is perfect except the front desk. The receptionist is unprofessional!, in a bad mood, with no patience whatsoever. Its always the same exact person. I don't know her name because she never says her name upon answering. I don't have the need to write a review but cmon pls do your job right at least fake being nice to people.

I will not return back to the dentist department. I have an unprofessional experience today. I give this place so many chance to improve, but it seem like every year it just getting worst not improving. I already know my kid need filling to be done. I just need the referral to get it done at the hospital. I don't need the dentist doctor to be rude and said lots of negative stuff about my daughter.
