Extremely happy with the service from North Mill Stoves. The Clearview stove we purchased is efficient and looks fantastic.

Fantastic service throughout, from providing numerous quotes to installation. The two enginers who fitted the stove were a credit to the company, they arrived on time, were extremly tidy and very friendly. They gave detailed information both during and at the end of the installation which was really helpful.

Excellent advice regarding wood burning stoves, listened to our ideas and helped us formulate a plan which included remodelling our original fireplace.

From the outset we felt confident that North Mill Stove would do an excellent job and we have not been disappointed. Laura identified the most suitable stove for our opening and the installation team completed the job within 3 days. Ian followed up to commission the stove and although we only had the stove fitted a month ago we have already made good use of it during the chilly evenings at the start of April. It is extremely efficient and has a much greater heat output than our previous open fire. We only wish we had it fitted a few years ago!

Great service, I brought a pizza oven on Friday and was unable to buy any pellets to use over the weekend to be able to try it out. After nearly 5 hours going around all shops. After calling this company within an hour I had a bag of pellets delivered to my door. My children were over the moon they could have pizza. Thank you so much for your prompt delivery and customer service was second to none. Big thank you once again.

Superb service right from the beginning. Advice on stoves and suitability to the area (not straightforward as there isn't a chimney) and the design of the room was exceptional. The installation crew were excellent and the finished stove along with it's gorgeous stainless steel chimney are utterly beautiful. Highly recommend North Mill Stoves.

Excellent installation of a Clearview stove in a slightly difficult chimney, and very good annual aftercare of the stove and chimney sweeping.

Absolutely over the moon with our new Charnwood Stove. Had quotes from.a couple of other local installers but North Mill just instilled confidence in what they are doing. In 2017 We were recommended to use North Mill Stoves by one of their satisfied customers. From our first meeting with Laura to completion of the job they were fantastic and certainly lived up to the billing our friend had given them. They are very busy but certainly worth the wait.

Nov 18, one year on we have just had our chimney swept. Another 5 star review for this service as well. I am certain that Ian left the area around the wood burner cleaner than when he arrived. Great service.
