I am a trans patient and I was admitted to this hospital for a routine gender affirming surgery. My surgeon was incredible and kind, but only one of the team of nurses that attended to me was respectful or prepared to treat a trans person. Considering how often this procedure is done at this hospital by the surgeon, the nurses' behavior was absolutely inexcusable. My experience here was miserable and insulting. I hope this surgeon gets a better trained team or leaves for a better hospital.
Top notch staff who truly care for the people in the hospital. I became great friends of several nurses and the team was fantastic! I have nothing but great things to say about my experience here!
This place is terrible with customer service. Quality of service. Wait time. And knowledge. The nurses constantly lie to you. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. go to fairview southdale or something.
The hospitality was awesome . I was in a wheelchair and they go me to and from my room. Everybody was so nice! This is why I chose this hospital .
My love one was inconsciente when she got over here she was never attended because supposedly no room was available, she stopped breathing and even the sheriff that was there was helping but no nurse, so if you want to die and still get charged go here. As a service member I think people should get treated fairly and better we fight out there so we can have a better freaking USA but from what I see it s not true.
The Hospital staff at North Memorial in Robbinsdale, were absolutely outstanding!! Kind, courteous and extremely detail oriented when it can to explaining what was involved with my procedure. Thank you to each and every one of you.
Best hospital in the twin cities area. Great nurses and docs, my hernia repair done there was by far the best surgical experience I ve ever had.
I can say for my first visit that I had a pretty pleasant experience, and I appreciate everyone who took the time to attend to me....nothing bad to say and yes I do recommend them!
After a horrible experience at another hospital, my mom was brought here to North Memorial. They ER team, ICU, and A5 gave her peace and comfort during the last days of her life. The doctors were very open and honest with us about the whole process. They gave her comfort on her last days on earth. They did not treat her like a number. She was given the care she deserved.
My whole family will always chose North/maple Grove for any major surgery, emergency care ect.
