Thanks for the great care! I had another colonoscopy and it was easier this time with the new prep i wasnt bloated and in pain!

My procedure seemed very smooth, quick and painless. The staff took good care of me and they explained every thing they would be doing. They also told me what they were looking for and what would be done if anything was found. The staff was friendly and attentive. I d recommend this facility to everyone for any procedure.

I was very nervous about my procedure because I had a bad experience with a family doctor where I woke up in the middle of an endoscopy. The nurses at North Hills were very kind and reassuring, they made me feel at home. The anesthesiologist was amazing, I didn't remember anything and woke up feeling refreshed. I truly appreciate everyone there for an amazing experience!

From the moment I entered the door until I left the facility, I was treated with respect and congeniality. I felt welcome and safe throughout my stay and it is clear that I was taken care of by consummate professionals.
I was very concerned going for my procedure due to COVID-19, but was put at ease immediately by the genuine concern for my wellbeing that everyone I encountered displayed.

Prompt and friendly service upon arrival for my appointment. Professional service and attitude throughout my procedure. Very informative before release, a pleasant experience all around. Highly recommend the service and Doctors along with the nurses!

All of the staff is very professional, kind and caring. I think Dr. Moore and his staff are the best. I have and will continue to tell other people about my experience with the Doctor and his staff.

Through no fault of my own, I was late getting to my appointment, yet every single person couldn't have been kinder to me. The professionalism of their staff is far beyond that of other facilities.
They took me in, I answered a few questions, gave them my paperwork and barely sat down and was called from the back.
They all work together like a well versed team. While one verified who I was, two others were taking care of the IV, and the other my blood pressure cuff. I felt like a guest at a hotel, rather than a patient.
I don't remember when they started because I was out before I knew it, and woke to the same precious care. I've been to one other facility that was as good as this and that's the Mayo Clinic. High Praise indeed and well earned. I was helped every step of the way and they followed up the next day to see how I was.
I would recommend them to anyone. I've used them for years and every Dr., nurse, and assistant are the same way.

I was so anxious about having my procedure which was a top and bottom scope. This place is amazing. I didn't feel it, don't remember the procedure itself. The anesthesiologist was so thorough. He even reviewed my stress test prior to administering the anesthesia. The Dr and nursing staff were all amazing. I worried about this appointment so badly and everything was awesome and painless. Excellent facility and staff.
