I will give them under 0 my baby have eczema since birth sometimes its bleeding I called so many time for appointment but the keep me waiting for a phone call appointment almost a week they are so much careless
I love the ladies here! My doctor wasn t all of that but Karen the Medical Assistant, Shaeyna the Medical Tech and Cynthia the mid-wife more than made up for that! They were all so nice and friendly which isn t quite synonymous with Grady. No long wait time. I was 20 min late and I was still able to be seen! Ladies that are skeptical about quality feminine care, please don t hesitate to book! My girls will take care good of you!!
The receptionist & Medical Assistant are some awesome,
women, very compassionate, good listener. To bad my doctor isn't!! She's a mad scientist that doesn't listen well! Waiting for a new PCP caring doctor!!
The only good thing about this place are the receptionists and nurses. Billing is hard to reach and they send bills months after a procedure and when you go online to inquire about a cost of a service or to schedule, it s like dead air.
My first and only appt at this location, I waited on Dr. Syed for almost 45 mins after my appt was to begin and ended up only sitting with her for less than 10 mins.
They can t do any type of x-rays here, they will refer you to the location downtown which is a hassle with parking and it could use funding for a facelift.
I always am treated well when I visit this location. The wait time is extremly minimum!
If you have any issues that are a little more complex than the norm- don't go here. If your nurse has to call for 'advice' before she diagnoses you- she's not fit to do her job.

I was having a good experience until I requested Dr.Syed to fill out my jury duty form. I don't know how I'm going to feel day to day and like today some days I can barely walk but yet she still refused to sign the form for me. Now I'm at risk of being classified under failure to appear.
Every time I come here, I feel well taken care of. They're usually able to fit me sometimes the day I call in. Usually appointments within a few days to a week All the nurses are personable and thorough. Dr. Hoos is a great doctor.
Every time I come here I am taken good care of, except the time I was pregnant but oh well. I trust them with my care and the care of my toddler. The Grady receptionists are very nice. I love them. The nurse responding on the my chart account need a new job. Maybe at a carwash.
Dr. Belete Feleke is a very kind, compassionate and professional physician. He always listens to his patients & addresses their health issues using the latest available research & treatments. I am a retired Nurse and highly recommend Dr. Feleke!
