I would rate a 0 if available. This company is the worst company to get a loan through. If this is their idea of Helping students with college funds it is absolutely a disgrace. This company should be eliminated period.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. When I accepted alone years back I was informed I only had to work in DSS for one year for the loan to be forgiven. Now I am being informed that I have to be licensed AND work for 1 year. No consistency with what I am told over the phone.
Not helpful at all. They staff are so rude. I spoke with someone to help me figure out the status of my loans with them. They finally told me " oh you can consolidate and that will take you out of the status that you are in" , I asked why this wasn't offed in the beginning 6 months ago , response: they just don't want to give the easy way out. They want you to stay in debt.
Zero stars if possible: My loan was a former Teaching Fellows program loan and I have went into another field. My loan got moved to NCSEAA so maybe thats one issue. Besides the circumstances when I have tried to contact them in the past I get nowhere at all. I have never talked to anyone professional there as well as anyone that has a clue about student loans. It is obvious this organization has zero clue in how to operate correctly. I'm in the middle of attempting to refinance my loan through another company and can't get any correct paperwork on a loan that I agreed to. I've paid back my loan for 4 years now and they cannot provide me with correct loan payoff amounts or documents? Who or what am I paying money too?
Very difficult to speak to a live person or get a call back.
The counsellors here are absolutely top notch. They have a genuine compassion for their borrowers and seem to truly want to help, not just get their money back.
These people are a joke....the only thing i was told was I Don't Know....smh...What do these people get paid to do? I will never go back to college even if they paid me too.
I'm trying to get help/have some questions answered about repaying student loans. They are very rude and impatient...got so aggravated that I just hung up.
Have called multiple times, only to never hear back. Tried emailing as well, and STILL never heard back.
