Huge thank you to the two/three workers from Norse Norwich Tree service for a terrific job done today in speedily cutting, chipping and clearing the tree that decided it wanted to block Valpy Avenue Norwich today. In the awful gales these men cleared and were gone by 11.30am. Loads of complaints get posted but they need to know how much their quick work was appreciated!

Applied for a job in October 2017 filled out all the necessary paper work, done a CRB ect, was told I would start the job by the beg of December 17. The school had then pulled there contract with Norse so was told I would be starting at a different school. Jan 18 came still not heard anything, contacted them and was told they was waiting for keys, again I contacted them in February after not hearing, left a message... Its now may and haven't heard a dicky bird! Wasted so much time waiting for them when I could have actually got a job elsewhere and been earning money!
I had a commercial contract with Suffolk coastal who works with Norse . I was with them 2 years and one day they ( Mr Steve Green ) gave me a notice to leave . I tried to explain we are at sea side i dont mind to pay extra because of heavy bin . ( only once very heavy) . Mr Green ignored me and was very rude .
Many thanks for a wonderful job replacing 4 fence panel's that were decimated in the last severe gale. The workmen were polite, efficient and all mess was completely cleared. Carpenters are the worst ive ever seen. Just passed my apprenticeships and i would never leave my work the way norse carpenter do. No pride in any of there work. Its a proper bodge and scarper.

Would not recommend this company. Customer service is non existent. Staff are rude and unhelpful. Agreed collection time over the phone and then months later deny any knowledge and refer to terms and conditions, which was most unhelpful. I would suggested look elsewhere. I've given them one star because it wouldn't allow me to give them no stars.
