I recently applied to this company as I filled out the application they sent me it said if I had a felony mark yes or no under it, it said if you answer yes (it doesn t necessarily mean we won t hire you) so I put yes before all this i went they the first interview and on to the second one the HR really likes me I met the standards work wise that they were looking for. They gave me the okay and told me to give my job the 2 week notice. So I did and they basically fired me from my job so I get call a couple days later from this job saying sorry but you didn t meet our background requirements. So not only did they basically get me fired from my old job but they also denied me this one. Maybe it would of been smart if they would of done the background test before they had me do a fit test hearing and vision physical and drug test first.

Great employees! I enjoy my job everyday, because of my peers & all of the production personnel.

Beware.. job was nothing like what I was sold on to begin with. Great place to work! Norriseal family! All a bunch of fluff. Do not become a Norrislave whatever you do. Shop employees are treated terribly, over-worked and under appreciated by management who are over their heads. Great products, poor leadership, absolute chaos. Not to mention management lie to their employees about how great things are going. Unrealistic metrics coupled with insane work hours. Absolutely no work/life balance. You will hate life. Could not think of a worse job or place to work. P.S Managers are not fitted for their positions at all. Have fun being supervised behind racks around the shop!

Look for another company! This place is very toxic. Norriseal is full of favoritism, lies, two face individuals. Managers can t think reasonably nor logically to solve shop issues. Other managers laugh at your background check if it doesn't come back clean. And the list goes on.. just stay away!
