At the entrance they have a small sign attached to the entrance that indicates that dogs cannot enter. It is not a particularly visible sign and in any case, since it is an establishment where there are no food products, it has been strange to me that they did not allow dogs to enter.
I have not seen the sign and I have entered with my labrador retriever. I had called in the morning to see if they had an article and they had said yes. I asked about the manga section and a worker told me that he was on floor minus 1. I went downstairs and once there another employee told me that dogs could not enter. Despite this, and since I was just 20 meters from where the item I wanted to buy was, and the way to the exit was very long, the worker told another worker to bring me the item and they did.
I want to say that these workers have treated me very correctly. But at the time of going to pay and the boxes being on the ground floor, that is, on the top floor where I was, after climbing the stairs, another employee with a different uniform (one of the workers told me that it was the manager) told me that dogs could not enter there and showed me the way out. I have explained what had happened and the clerk at the entrance who had told me where the manga section was has come and told him that indeed he had not told me anything about taking my dog since I had not been able to see him because it had a counter in front of it. The manager, very serious, has limited himself to saying that dogs could not enter there by shaking his head and indicating the exit with his hands, and turning and leaving.
The employee did not know very well what to do but finally he was very willing to attend me correctly, and since the boxes were at the other end of the ground floor of the store, he offered to take the item to the box and that I went out to the street and entered through another entrance that was right where the box was. I have done so and when I got to the checkout this employee gave the item to the employee who was at the checkout to charge me, ignoring the people who were queuing at the checkout, but to be able to solve the situation so that my dog was in the store as little as possible.
A zero for the manager for his excessive seriousness and for not offering me any solution as a customer (I understand that as manager he was the one who should have looked for a solution and not the employees). A 10 for the employees since they have acted with humanity and kindness and trying to find solutions that the company may or may not find the right solutions. And a zero for the company, because it seems to me that nowadays the trend in the civilized world is to let pets enter establishments as long as there is no problem of bad behavior or hygiene, or if it is correct. from a company in which there are food products that may be available to pets. Currently, not allowing pets to enter is a totally discriminatory act. If you do not change your company policy in this regard, make no doubt that I will never recommend you, and that I will avoid by all means having to buy any other product that you can get online or in any other store.
The trade offer is good, but its discriminatory policy is not.
