Nordstrom Michigan Avenue Review

This place is quiet. I visit the food court on the 4th floor. And I bought tea on the first floor. And a body scrub for men across the tea vending.

Good shopping experience. Check out all four levels, they keep adding new items seasonally. I prefer going through the reduced sections, just to find a good steal! Staff is helpful and courteous :)

My reason for going was to have something to do with my dog...... and Duke was allowed into the store worth me! He was perfectly well behaved and everyone was very welcoming to him..... would highly recommend coming here! (Of course.... use your own judgement regarding how well your doggo would do....I realize not every dog is a good fit for a department store)
Very well laid out store...... wish the accessories department was larger...... but I did find and purchase a very nice David Yurman ring and matching earrings.
Overall.... kudos to Nordstrom!!

I miss Chicago as well I bought my High School Prom dress here. Hope to bring my kids here someday. Keep your awesome prices on your clothes so more people can afford them. I love your dresses

This store was , awesome and clean with a friendly atmosphere! I got a pair of Gucci shoes, the sale person Leslie Stepan was so helpful and patience (my first time at this store, I was undecided on what shoes I wanted). Then I had a slice of cake from Brown Sugar Life is Sweet (in the front of the store) , the slice of Obama cake was delicious! Yes I would recommend going to this store, if you re on Michigan Ave!

This location is very clean and organized. The staff is great. Very nice place to browse & shop at your own pace. Everyone working there was helpful & friendly. Definitely worth visiting. The best part is that it's close to work!

AMAZING staff (especially Antoine and Jane in the men's shoe department)! I called looking for a replacement pair of my girlfriend's favorite boots. All I had was a photo and a date purchased (2.5 years ago!) and they were able to recognize the shoes and give me their brand and name. Saved a clueless guy searching for hours. 2.5 y/o pair of Lela Chelsea Boots by Phillip Lim pictured.

Always look forward to going to Nordstrom, awesome deals and the staff go above and beyond to help, even if store doesn t have.
Will give great recommendations and they are quick to price match.
