Consistently great service and selection. Much better than other Nordstrom locations.

Used a personal shopper today. Looking for a specific dress for a specific event...Call Nordstrom's, request a personal shopper and bought a dress.
It takes a lot of the busy work out of going back and forth to the dressing room.

It also helps to bring a friend who can sweep the floor of clothes with a really good eye. So glad I brought friends with to help in the process. My friend ended up choosing the dress I bought. The personal shopper actually made it more fun, more comfortable and personal.

I always go to Nordstrom Cafe and the food is AMAZING. However, when I went today, the food wasn't that great. I am not sure if it is because of COVID or other reasons, but I expected better quality and I was disappointed. However, the customer service was great as always.

I had an awesome experience at this location in the past just recently around Christmas when buy my wife some shoes. However, today's experience was mush different. We just want to ask a simple question about sizes available For a fairly expensive shoe, and got completely ignored.... What's messed up is F they had the available size we would have purchased said shoes..... Never judge a book by its cover this kind of practice can lose you commission..... I will call my shoe guy instead of coming here from now on....

Yesterday I was helped in the children's shoe department by a young man named Alex. Alex was a perfect gentleman in every regards, and he did an impeccable job. He helped with every detail, and he went above and beyond to make sure that we found the right product, that we were happy with it. One of the things that I appreciated the most about his level of customer service was how he was efficient without making me feel like he was rushing. He did everything quickly but also was very friendly and courteous. Wonderful job Alex. You turned around our entire experience.

Always so helpful! My husband wears a brace on his left leg so we have to buy shoes with two different sizes. And the Nordstrom s folks are always so helpful in that transaction and making it very easy for us to get the shoes that we need in the styles that we want. It s really great to have folks who focus on access.

The sales lady in the area for colognes was very nice. She earned some loyalty points for her honesty and the multiple samples she gave us. It was like she was ecstatic to have customers in the store.

Everything else was the same as any other Nordstrom's trip! Good stuff!

Really disappointed with Nordstrom service. Ordered Converse shoes online. Got dirty (hair inside, black marks on front) one from display. When returned in store, the service person wasn t helpful at all.

My go-to place for children's shoes and clothing. They provide exceptional service, including measuring children's feet and ensuring kids are happy with a balloon. Nordstrom customer service can't be beat, and the Tysons location is no exception. They also have the most thorough safety protocols of any other store I've visited since the pandemic.
