This company held a Playstation 5 raffle to garner customer purchases/excitement around the holidays. Once the raffle date came, nothing was communicated to consumers and the brand blocked myself and others on social media for asking questions about it. This is FALSE ADVERTISING, and blocking loyal customers is the worst way to go about this mess as a small brand.

Just saw another post about the playstation 5 raffle. How is this okay? This brand is deliberately deceiving customers into purchasing their products; I was blocked on instagram for commenting on a post about it. This is no way to treat your loyal customers.
