Customer service knowledge needs to be strengthened, maintenance outsourcing is slow, and minor problems can be repaired for 3 weeks!

I bought the x71 last June. The battery is not OK in less than a year, and the charging interface has to be repaired.
The 1-year warranty actually takes 7 days to repair, so I still want to compete with others. Nokia s mobile phones ca n t be bought anymore.

Bought a X71 Nokia model last June, the battery and the charger connection already had defects.
Call centre advised to takr 7 days to fix will come back with a quotation if problem is from my end.
Expect customer to be out of phone for 7 days?
Why might as well tell me to go fix somewhere myself is better.
Nokia just simply don't deserve 2nd chance to come back to the market
