Terrible service
My NBN has been bad in my area so NodeOne was the 4th provider I had changed to before giving up and opting for a 5g home internet instead with IInet. I had requested a cancellation of service 11 days before the next billing month through the nodeone website. I got nothing in return and realised I had been charged again for the new month. I called them up and after waiting for 45 mins, I was told there has been no request at all and I won't be getting any refund and no apology was provided or nothing. I was made out to look like I was lying to them. I can't help but feel scammed. They need to fix their ticketing system and their website and maybe hire more customer service people so we don't have to wait for up to an hour for a reply. I will never ever recommend NodeOne or go with NodeOne ever again which is a shame, I was very keen to support a local WA company. Shame.
