NOAH is a great program to help people with low income. After my rent increased almost double than what I used to pay, I applied to a many programs to help me with rental assistance or finding a affordable housing for me and my kids, NOAH is the only program who always when I call they answer my calls. Sasha Merveille who works there and being helping me is great, she is sweet and talking to her I can see she is really there for you and to help you. So far since November 2020 when I started to look for rental assistance NOAH is the only program who helped me with rental assistance and did not take long. I m so grateful for them I hope they can keep helping me and others who needs.
