This place was a delicious surprise. Food was very tasty, and portions we're ample. It was a little pricey, but we'll worth it. We will definitely go back! We had sushi and udon and both were delicious. Vegan options were clearly listed and the wait staff were knowledgeable.

First time visit, long time future customer! The guys running this place absolutely nailed every dish and were a lot of fun to talk to. Plus they had movie sound tracks playing that day, so we had fun guessing which movies they were from. Just an overall fun meal. The quality of the sushi and the freshness were all top notch.

Pretty good. I've lived in Japan for years, Hawaii, CA, OR and WA. Never had spicy Yellowtail that tasted fresher. It did have bones in it though - that's a first. The sauce for the calamari was too salty but the calamari strips were unique and good. Miso was ok but served up quick. The help was awesome! I never had to ask for more on my drink. This place went up two notches with me me when they started things off with a shibori though. Prices are just slightly above comparable places but I don't pay their bills and I'm sure they want to make money. Over all I'd give them an "A" but not quite 5 stars yet. FAST Forward 2 months- early August we went in and had a little different experience. Still good food but the cost for a hosomaki yellowtail roll is ridiculously high. TheWhite star roll is Good though. The fish tank is awesome

This place is fantastic. Just took my wife here for our anniversary and it was everything I expected and more. Our server Nate was one of the kindest, most intellectual servers we have ever had. His knowledge of sushi made our time there so much more enjoyable and stress free. Highly recommend this place as it is very clean, hip, and fancy enough to take the old lady out for dinner.

Wait staff was very nice. However, that does not make up for the abysmal quality, portion size and price of the food. Bill was $50.00 without booze for two of us and my husband was so hungry he had to eat a full dinner when we got home.

The best sushi and WITHOUT A DOUBT, the best service in town. Amazing rolls, dishes, drinks... do yourself a favor and get the tataki also. I will not go anywhere else in town for sushi.

Had dinner here on September 7, 2018, and would have given 1 star if it wasn't for the great service. Staff was attentive, and help out where needed. Highly overpriced sushi, which came out warmer than room temperature. The Sunfish tasted like smoked salmon, and was inedible. My wife's California roll had very 'fishy' smell and tasted like the inside of a 17 year old baseball glove. For $70 dollars, we left hungry, our stomachs were feared for the rest of the evening, and enjoyed a meal elsewhere 1 hour later.

Hostess was rude, told us that kitchen closed at 2. Service was slow although no one was there. Worst Sushi ever! We went to City Market and got better sushi for half the price! Will not be going back!

Excellent experience! I had sushi and my husband had the vegan banh mi ramen, both were fantastic. My husband, who is vegan, couldn t believe how good the meat was in the ramen. We felt the prices were fair given the high quality of the food. Service was also great. We will be back next time we are in town!

Really good sushi rolls, ramen was good but I needed to add salt (thx to my meds making me crave salt). The server was... new... inexperienced. Maybe it was the double date that was ruining it for me idk. Overall a mediocre experience.

I used to look forward to this place all the time but I just went there and the sushi was terrible I've had better sushi at Chinese restaurants ha ha ha but seriously the place has let its self go way down hill. The food was bland and poorly put together. They use to have great appearance with their dishes. I feel either someone was learning or just having a bad day ill give them some time to get right and ill try them out again cause I k ow no coast has potential to be the best sushi place in town

Amazing food and customer service. My wife just had a baby and the owner hand delivered our food to our house while she was recovering. It was some of the best and fresh sushi I've had.

Amazing sushi so far from the sea. My wife and I love No Coast. I've had sushi all over the world and this is my favorite. The chefs have created unique and delicious rolls using higher grades of fish than you find in most sushi restaurants. The atmosphere is upbeat with friendly service. If your not into sushi they have a great kitchen as well, delicious teriyaki and my favorite the Chicken curry soup.

I view No Coast as a complement (not a competitor) to Suehiro. Bot have top notch service and food but vastly different atmosphere and dining experience. We typically go to Suehiro for the food and No Coast for the atmosphere. The later has a clean modern atmosphere reminiscent of a trendy Manhattan eatery. Either way, both are better than most of the other sushi places that we have been to nationwide. At no coast, you are likely to see the owner moving from table to table conversing with the diners. You can tell that they truly care about your experience. I recommend any of the specialty sushi's as well as the Omakasi which won't disappoint. 5 stars.

Madison was great, offered amazing service. Tried the Surf and Turf Suschi and the Health Nut for the first time. Yum!!! Can't tell you my favorite as everything I have is wonderful. Thank you Lisa and staff for such a great place to enjoy!!!

I've had sushi all up and down the coasts of the US and for not being near oceans or large bodies of water it's not bad, don't expect the freshness and flavor of big coast cities. Had gyoza(covered in sesame) calamari(very crispy but a bit chewy) apps and then we shared the dragon, caterpillar, Philly fry and spicy tuna and the kids shared some katsu with rice and it was just over $100. The sushi was pretty small but tasted good. Inside was nice and it was clean, good service. If this place had a belt I'd probably give it a 5* even at these prices.

Worst place I've ever been to get sushi and I've been to a lot of places. We waited over an hour to be seated then we waited 45 mins for our first roll we ordered the second rolls when we got the first and didn't even see our server for over an hour and half after that. We didn't even get drinks tell our first rolls came. I had to get up find our server and tell him to cancel the second rolls and we wanted our check. At that point he handed us the check we waited 15 more mins for him to pick it up we got so tired of waiting at this point that I found him again and made him cash us out. It was the worst experience I've ever had getting food. Never will go again!
