I called NN customer service in July for Pillar 2. I was assured that I would receive the membership documents by email. I returned by phone after a few days "wait it's working". We are in November ....

Based on law 204/2006 art 95 until May 31, 2009 the special law on the organization and functioning of the pension payment system regulated and supervised by the Financial Supervisory Authority had to be adopted. We are after more than 9 years and there is no law and no regulation which justifies the payment to NN Asigurari de viata of amounts as a pension contribution to pillar III. According to art. 120 of law 204/2006, the violation of the provisions of this law attracts civil, contraventional and criminal liability.

August 11, 2020. The staff of this institution is very well trained professionally. I was very well guided by the protection staff, from the entrance to the building and then I was received, to solve my problems, on the 1st floor by the operative, pleasant, civilized and receptive staff. I was rarely allowed to meet such a team. Perfect professionals. Congratulations and beautiful achievements!

Very unpleasant experience! They kept us 1 hour and a half, they couldn't send someone to check our documents. We staid on the phone one hour, in the hall. The lady at the other line asked me to transmit info to her colleague at the reception, as if I was the secretary, not the client. Very poor services.

I was at your location this week, I recommend, on the 1st floor an extremely benevolent young lady, she helped me solve the problem, what I noticed is the fact that a pensioner had come, a gentleman past 70 years, whom he also helped a lot kindness ... super, I liked it

Everything is good and beautiful if you want to op...

Everything is good and beautiful if you want to open an insurance or use any of their services. If you want to close / terminate ... well ... you've messed it up. You can't find anyone. Today I was in their headquarters and they made me call customer relations to ask if the documents they submit (for them, at headquarters are ok / enough). I waited 20 minutes for someone else to come from elsewhere to tell me if the documents I brought were okay. Why can't everything be done on the internet in a personal account (possibly with a telephone confirmation) ???

I called to ask details about my private pension fund. Unbelieveably, they have no clue, nor do they have instruments to access my account. Basically they couldn t provide me any information. I felt like I was calling a public owned institution.

He calls me continuously with various offers, although I did not offer them my phone number. They have not heard of the GDPR and it is stressing the world at the wrong time. I also complained to the competent forums but I don't know if anyone will do something. I will never turn to such non-professionals.
