Before working with Julie, I lacked in knowledge about the best foods to eat and my eating habits were off track. I wanted to learn a strategy for healthy eating. For me, it was important that I learn a sustainable, long term plan that I could use to create positive habits that would shape the rest of my life. My expectations were low. Not in Julie, but in me. I knew that I could construct an eating plan that works without the proper guidance.
I found Julie to have a friendly and positive demeanor. She has an in-depth knowledge of nutrition, along with the added benefit of using NLP to anchor the new behaviors for permanent change. The Program was very comfortable. Julie knew exactly where to apply the right guidance to elicit the necessary behaviors that would alter the course of my life.
After working with her for three months, I feel OUTSTANDING! Because I was willing to follow the guidance that she provides, I am able to have a plan that I can stick with without extra effort. I have shed my cravings for sodas, baked goods and junk food.
The change in eating habits that we have created has changed more than my eating habits. I have shed a great deal of weight, and the positive way that I feel is amazing. I have great confidence that I did not have before, and it constantly spills out into other parts of my life. It is a tremendous feeling!
