Wow. We were in deep trouble having had our health insurance cancelled for an administrative misunderstanding. We could get no where with the insurance company. Out of desperation we called the complaint department and left a message not expecting to hear back any time soon. The next morning we received a call. After a very informative conversation with an investigator he recommended filling out a complaint. We sent the complaint the same day and the following day we were notified by the insurance company our policy was reinstated. Amazing and thank you for showing government can work for us.

My tenant filed a false claim with my insurace company and l informed them it was false . But they went ahead and paid her $3,000 for her 'medical' & wanted to offer her $20,000. I informed them that is enabling fraud. Two months into the end of my policy, the refused to renew , due to unfavorable loss. I informed the DOB&I and my policy was renewed immediately. Thank you guys. You saved my life. As for the tenant we are in court.

Outstanding,absolutely outstanding!This is definitely not your average New Jersey government bureaucracy.I cant even count the number of times these guys have helped me with an insurance issue.So quick and easy to file an online complaint,and insurance companies respond fast,they don't like this kind of attention.My hat is off to the people of D.O.B.I.
