I interned with NIYA and the director and her agents are amazing!!!! Have never seen more dedicated and motivated individuals. Always willing to put in extra time for their talent. The director has been in the industry since her teens and definitely knows what she s doing, so incredible to see her place models internationally and with reputable agencies across the country.
Not to be a negative Nancy, and I do believe they are the most professional agency in Utah from what I've seen. However, I was annoyed because I called three weeks after an open call to see if they thought I would be an option to model for them. I was on their "maybe list" and they said they wanted to see me again, so I came in again a week later. When I came in again, they seemed excited, and said that they'd let me know what they thought in the next three days. Didn't hear a thing. I'm not trying to bash. They are all very kind. I just didn't like that they wasted my time. A no would have been fine... I just wanted a phone call to say.
I love what I do and I love the incredible people I get to work with day in and day out. The agency has the BEST booking team and the BEST talent in the state! Thank you to all of you who are kind and work hard, talent and managers as a team!
One big difference between NIYA Management and other agencies is that we have heart and we are NOT a school. We are hands on talent and model managers. We do not do classes. We are not a school unlike most all the other agencies in Utah. GO TEAM NIYA!!!

My daughter has been signed with the NIYA family for three years since the age of 15. It has been a HUGE learning experience for us as we had very little knowledge of the modeling industry. Since signing, NIYA has gotten her placed with agencies in San Francisco, Mexico City and NYC. I know the team works overtime to get their talent placement and bookings. They go above and beyond. In the end, it s up to the client who gets booked but it s reassuring to know that the team works hard for all the talent. You definitely get out of it what you put in. Also, it has been a wonderful experience getting to know the other talent. They are SO beautiful, friendly and supportive of one another. Thank you NIYA team!!

I love everyone at NIYA MGMT. I ve known Niya since the 7th grade and she s always been a leader. The first two weeks signing on with her, I booked a commercial and since then we booked Yellowstone, a SAG/AFTRA commercial and many more opportunities have come in even during this crazy time.
