Bad and
expensive

Efficient service and friendly staff. Unfortunately Not all spare parts are available

The Ford business place is fairly new. They do not have all vehicle parts that they might require for repairs. But they offer importing genuine Ford parts from the US, which usually takes up to 2+- months. The prices of the services and the parts they replace are extremely expensive compared to other outside services, and that frightens customers and makes them think twice before purchasing a US-made car or seek services there. Nevertheless, the crew is friendly and professional and clean when dealing with your car, but there's plenty of space for improvements.
Update- My car had an issue with its AC. They examined it and stated that I needed to replace the clutch and add A/C gas. They said they would need to order the clutch from the US for around $200. They confirmed that they would take responsibility for this diagnosis and assessment. I agreed and waited for few months till the part arrived, then l got astonished when l went there early in the morning for handing my car for the long awaited service, to find out that they "do not have the necessary tools or gas for making this repair" and they suggested l seek the services outside in the NORTH Industrial Area. Talk about professional serviceses...

Good reception, but I didn't find my favorite Vision Vision car

The employees of the company are very cooperative and ready to provide any kind of assistance and the maintenance department has all the spare materials and very good prices and even the work wages are good and reasonable prices compared to the markets.
