great village all at your fingertips, excellent animation that has been able to involve me and my son, who despite a broken finger has participated in all the activities he could do, waiters always available, kind and very professional, the kitchen in the norm only breakfast too repetitive; only sore point, but the structure has no faults, the sea, I did more than 400 km to find myself a sea a few days at the edge of indecency, so much so that I preferred to let my children out of the water and go to the pool, the cause I think are some streams that are located about 300/400 meters on the left of the structure, in fact that area is completely deserted, the water is murky and in some places the sand becomes black. Too bad because it would have been 5 stars.

I have just finished my vacation in this village. Starting from the rooms they are a bit old but clean, the sea is crystal clear but sometimes the foam came and then there are the jellyfish that also reach the shore, the excellent entertainment the guys all good and available in the games and not intrusive the structure is externally beautiful has a very nice green and is all concentrated tennis courts football volleyball on the beach archery on the beach swimming pool on the beach the restaurant and the bar near the pool really and great for those with children you can leave them safely in the village because everything is closed and quiet the only thing wrong with the restaurant and baby bottle for paying 20 euros a day for a couple of pasts and for me it was too much having brought everything from home pastina and homogenized and the restaurant better than not comment on the food it was dog-like indeed even the dogs did not eat it perhaps due to the fact of Covid the service was poor having more than half of the staff in the kitchen however at least he could save us something since we ate almost nothing in fact some people who have been a couple of times in the village said that in previous years we ate very well however it was a shame because it was the most relaxing holiday of my life we had a lot of fun with the animation guys and there are really a lot of tournaments to do. I hope they can improve next year. I add to rosa there were many to complain the first my husband but complaining to the owner told us them and the door go. As for Covid, we arrived on the 15th they wanted us to sit next to strangers and we never used the mask in the village and in any case to take the salad which is the only side dish we could have we had to get up and take it and in any case we also gathered the 15 they had an aperitif and people used to punch each other to get to the table first. However, when the sea is stirred by the nearby river, branches leaves sewage come out and it is a pity since there is no purifier because the sea is crystal clear

I wanted to book a week in this village. During the telephone conversation I felt an insensitive attitude and some swanky responses to my requests regarding accommodation for a disabled person.

Always kind staff good food and always present animators who involve you in all the great games and shows.

Really as underscored place "south of paradise" truly enchanting place with private beach, entertainment and all the very kind and helpful staff, rooms always spotless with daily cleaning, and also all the park and gardens kept very well.
I who went to learn kitesurfing at a school set in a movie place, a wooden house next to the beach with umbrellas, a truly professional and qualified instructor.

A beautiful place, welcome as at home, you can eat very well, a perfect sea etc.

I stayed in this hotel with my two teenage sons for 10 days at the turn of June and July.
I chose to book at Nirvana attracted by two features, the possibility of using a gluten-free menu and that of having a spot for Kite surfing nearby: a perfect choice.
The village is in the three-star category, but certainly deserves a fourth one. The structure, although not very modern, is still kept in excellent condition, with a well-kept and very clean garden and beach.
The staff is professional, always available and ready to meet particular needs (for example, even if I have to vacate the room by 12 noon, on the day of departure I could use it until 3:00 pm so as to organize myself calmly).
The restaurant service is excellent, the dishes are prepared with genuineness and taste, with extensive use of seasonal fruits and vegetables. The gluten-free menu was no less, to the satisfaction of my son.
The dining room staff proved to be very efficient and well organized even when in the second half of the stay the number of guests more than doubled.
The beach managers always diligent and quick to manage both sea and pool activities.
Finally the group of entertainers, guided by the volcanic Marco, entertained with professionalism, education and without being excessively insistent the guests succeeding in establishing an atmosphere of joy in the village.
The kite surf school associated with the village, the NALU Beach, run by Ale deserves a special mention.
The structure integrates harmoniously on the beach, well separated from the bathing area, and with a large stretch of coast available. Moreover, even if the wind does not turn out to be favorable on that stretch of coast, it is enough to move with the car and in a few kilometers you can reach other slopes with a more suitable wind: this makes the center a valid point of support for kiting.
The lessons are conducted with professionalism, with practical tips that integrate the theory in a functional way and above all in safety. The result was that in 4 lessons both boys were able to make the first edges with the kite: excellent.

With my family we came to Nirvana in the first ten days of July. Among many we have chosen this village because it has a beach and swimming pool facing the sea but, above all, because we are intrigued by the excellent ratings and convinced by the excellent economic offer.
The village immediately struck us for the order and cleanliness both inside and outside the well-kept and equipped rooms (mosquito nets, mini fridge, TV, air conditioning and hairdryer).
The animation present, nice, professional, efficient, but do not intrude.

The village is not large but not small either, let's say for a holiday. It comes with THREE stars but, honestly, for the treatment received, the friendliness, the professionalism shown I believe it deserves 4 STARS ad "honorem".
Well, in the end we were so happy that we extended the stay for another three days and the management did not apply tariff changes. Congratulations, you know how to do it and now I understand why some guests return cyclically to you.
In summary: the perfect compromise between quality and price!

Excellent location, quiet area, uncrowded, clean and tidy beach, clear sea. Well-kept village in the countryside, simple rooms (perhaps a little small) and functional. Clean rooms ok. Excellent reception and reception services. Excellent catering with various meals of typical sea and land cuisine, well presented, friendly and helpful dining room staff. The kids dedicated to animation and entertainment are patient with children, friendly and nice to everyone.

Nice village but the kitchen is very bad even though the waiters work hard to face the shortcomings .... the baby bottle works very badly for nothing ... I had to buy the right pasta (they use Barilla also for little children of few months) so even the oil ... the broth is few times available and moreover salty ..... absolutely an experience not to be repeated

Bad experience, a village that can only count on the sea and nothing else. I wouldn't go back even if they paid me and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Beware of positive reviews, they are old (old management) or from family members or people who obviously don't know how to eat (with all due respect).
My family and I stayed there from 16/08 to 23/08 and those kilos we put on during the first lockdown we can say we lost them all: nightmare cuisine.
First evening: no water until the second course. The rest of the days raw or overcooked pasta with bad sauces, cold main courses and side dishes, ugly to look at and bad to eat, appetizers left on the table from the beginning of the service until you get to the restaurant (they started to cover them after complaints) , flies on the plates.
Owner disrespectful towards the staff, so arrogant she is sure of herself that she does not realize that what she offers is not even worth 1/10 of what customers pay.
Poor cleaning: we asked for a room for a shower after the last morning at the beach, they should have sanitized but we found a cemetery of insects.

Before she tells me, we didn't leave because we were on the train and she took the money as soon as we got there, otherwise we would have run away on the second day when we found her chasing a mouse.

Her WAITERS (in particular Samuel and Luca who served us), not plate holders as she defines them, are the only positive thing about the restaurant, helpful and understanding. He should show them respect and thank them.

Wasted animation: the girls (in particular Lisa and Camilla) deserve to work elsewhere where they could express themselves at their best, as well as the boys who try every day to make their stay there less heavy.

COVID chapter: as anticipated, the anti-covid rules in this village seem not to exist. On the other hand, standard hygiene rules do not even seem to exist (I would have gladly taken a trip to the kitchen .. or maybe not). Upon arrival, the customer is invited to remove the mask without knowing where he comes from, who he is, or how he came from. The fever is measured and from there everything is ok, everything normal as if there was no risk. In the staff who has a mask the door under the chin or under the nose (useless), social distancing does not exist, sanitation, apparently, not even.

Personally, I believe that if the carabinieri, NAS, ASL checked, it would be closed from morning to evening.

A week of stay that leaves a good memory and the desire to return.
Well-kept village surrounded by greenery. Clean beach, splendid sea, umbrella and sun beds available, assignment with room number.
Comfortable and clean room.
Very varied food.

A holiday to forget! the daughter of the owner is arrogant and rude, the kitchen is painful, the cleaning of the rooms bad, the rooms are microscopic. In short, highly discouraged! Good reviews are probably made by friends and acquaintances.

We stayed for a week's holiday, great service, I must say we had a great time, friendliness and professionalism make the staff a great team. Nice rooms, but you only use them for sleeping.

We stayed in this paradise from the end of August to the first days of September. Location immersed in gardens that are always well-kept and suggestive. Spartan but comfortable rooms and daily refurbished. Engaging, professional and fun animation. What about the restaurant !!!! SUPERB !!!! Meals cooked with skill, generous portions and efficient staff. Cleanliness everywhere, friendliness and availability reign supreme. The sea just a few steps from the hotel makes this village even more enchanting. We are extremely satisfied with the choice made .... we sincerely hope to return next year also because on balance the expense was not excessive. The entertainment was a disappointment zero fun not at all engaging we entered on Saturday morning the first let's say show on Monday asking to involve our boys but their nothing.

The village is very nice, everything close at hand and therefore ideal for children, who have a beautiful playground at their disposal. Very beautiful sea. Good animation guys. The sore point of the village is the kitchen. Starting from the very poor breakfast, even at the table everyone had his own croissant (as if to say eat this and that's it) lunches and dinners with non-edible appetizers, first or raw or overcooked and not very tasty for the main pig ... the children's menu poor. I just hope it can improve this side because the village deserves it. Another flaw, little lighting in the evening, not all the lights were turned on. If the cuciana had been good it could have been a 4-star resort.

To be greeted by Chiara's smile at the reception, to find Fedele and Domenico with their professional staff in the restaurant, to meet the very nice animators of the Tinny Club, to dive into the fantastic Ionian Sea. We spent a beautiful week in total relaxation in a place full of greenery that is constantly maintained and suitable for families. Thank you.

I spent my vacation, alas already finished in this beautiful village and I can only consider myself fully satisfied with the welcome I received, starting with the reception. Very kind staff is available to our every request and ready to satisfy all needs, rich and varied buffet every day, cleaning in the rooms, and above all for those who want, many many activities to do starting from the awakening of muscles, water aerobics and swimming pool, group dances, aperitif games, water sports, card and sport tournaments and so on! A praise to all the guys in the room, to the bar, to the cleaning staff and to the animation guys Annaruta, Antonio, Rossella, Christian and all the others who knew how to involve us with discretion and professionalism. I recommend it to everybody.

Good village, good food, willingness on the part of the staff attentive to customer needs.

We stayed with two girls aged 15 and 13 from September 5th to 12th. The arrival was positive. The Village is clean, well-kept green and a beautiful Superior room with a very spacious bathroom, soft white towels (other than consuming and laundry as I read!) Changed daily by the very kind cleaning ladies! the card for drinks at the bar to be loaded for the desired amount is very convenient, even if they charge you 2 euros but then it remains valid for a possible future return to the village! The village offers two tennis courts with the possibility of lessons with the teacher / entertainer Mattia, of a truly unique sympathy and kindness! ... Grass football pitch, Ping Pong, Beach Volley .. FREE ACTIVITIES !! unfortunately the gym has most of the tools that don't work ... I wonder what sense does it make to show them in plain sight if they are unusable!
Unfortunately, some days were not very sunny but the sea is truly splendid, crystal clear water, the private beach clean and well equipped with the possibility of using pedal boat sailboats without paying any extra. In the afternoon the wind picks up and you can go kitesurfing, the only paid activity in the village. The pool is actually small and I know that on windy afternoons it was used mainly by the mini club and for the evening aperitif game ...
Animation OCEAN STAFF ... what to say .... YOU MISS IT! all ... without distinction !! COSIMO a perfect presenter and comedian ... ALESSANDRA tireless sweet smiling dancer choreographer .... how many laughs to warm up the muscles, during aqua aerobics and zumba ... BRAVISSIMA ..... The only really sore point is the restaurant! We chose the structure as it guarantees gluten-free cuisine and I must say that the celiac of the family was satisfied ... even if in my opinion some care and improvement is useful ...
At the restaurant the table is assigned for the whole stay .... buffet breakfast where you will find empty croissants to be filled as you like, both sweet and savory, yoghurt biscuits and cakes ... desserts left over from the night before .... Buffet of appetizers, good with different daily varieties, even with recycled fish and meat leftovers from the previous evening, which suits me well because they don't have to be thrown away .. yes they were better ... But the quality of the food is really poor ... pasta with toppings discreet but very watery! of red meat in a week never seen before but on the other hand turkey at will (sigh!) Frozen and overcooked fish .... imaginable! You do not stay fasting but you survive fairly well .... but the worst was the FLIES in the dining room right from breakfast, something that I define really indecent .... few but they relied on all the dishes at the buffet ... there I let you imagine the disgust ... and yes that even the owners were present during the meals and NEVER passed by the customers, unlike the animation staff! SUMMARY the only really negative note of this Village is the restaurant that I highly recommend to improve considerably but I would return there again tomorrow only for its really excellent location and for the wonderful OCEAN STAFF guys

For these and other reasons I will return to nirvana also considering that the price is very affordable and will allow us to stay for a longer period of time next year.
I would also like to inform any customers that in the restaurant, during meals, the first and second courses will be served at the table while the appetizers will be available through a well-equipped buffet.
Finally I would like to praise the excellent work of lifeguards waiters and bartenders who have given their contribution in order to make our holiday "sensational"

I was in this beautiful village with my family with 2 young children in late July! Beautiful place, great sea and welcoming and helpful staff! The place is ideal for couples and families, the outdoor spaces are always well cared for and with all services made available to everyone (tennis courts, bowls, football, gym, swimming pool and playground for children). I recommend it especially for the ease of going down to the sea! I would propose a 4-star hotel because it deserves it. I only recommend an alternative menu for children but for the rest everything is fine. A hug and congratulations to all the staff and especially to the animation guys who kept us company preparing unique and unforgettable shows.

Well organized structure. Small village compared to the most famous but nothing less. The only flaw should be made a small improvement to the rooms of the decentralized structures that would be a little dated. Good cuisine almost never repetitive and buffet always full of all dishes. The staff always friendly and smiling.

We are on vacation in this structure and the food is bad to say the least. Inedible. They are not even capable of making a simple pasta with sauce. I am celiac and for the first time in 25 years they asked me for an extra (150 ). They clearly don't even know how to cook my dishes, either they're dry or full of water. Breakfast for me does not exist (actually not even for mere mortals: there are ONLY croissants, no international breakfast).
My sister is intolerant to milk and for the whole stay they cooked only spinach and pasta in white.
Claimed several times to no avail.

We stayed 15 days and would like to go back. The village is beautiful, the staff both in the dining room and at the bar are very kind and I would say almost affectionate. Special thanks to Salvatore our extremely available lifeguard. A separate note for the animation that boasted dance shows and stunts that are not easily seen in the villages. The smaller number of presences made us feel safe "for the distances" and pampered, all good!

We returned yesterday evening and I miss everything. The beauty of the place The courtesy and kindness of the owner is all the staff .. A star, for the obvious inability of the owners, to manage a place, where improvisation is the master, where antipathy and arrogance are at home and where it is more important to please the friends of the friends, rather than winning the customers! What to say? A striking example of an incredibly ugly picture, with a beautiful setting. The place has incredible potential! Too bad it's in the hands of the incompetent. I don't speak about animation ...
We spread a pitiful veil, here the stars should have algebraic values, to say on a scale of one to five, minus five. Don't get buggered, I've already thought about getting screwed.

Very cute and walking pace village, ideal for children given the good organization especially in the biboneria room, also very well organized the dining room captained by the kind and extremely available metre of faithful room, that with its boys did not make us miss anything with their sympathy and kindness ... in the last great bar service where we found the beautiful Mrs. Rosaria who welcomed us every day with so much kindness, availability and very grace. A little less animation things already seen and not very engaging but all in all I can say that I spent a nice relaxing week.

First year in a tourist village, so I have no parameters of judgment. I can say that we arrived with two teenage daughters and spent the holiday alone!

I accepted food only because I didn't have to cook it myself. Let's say it was not their strong point, except for the evening of August, where, as if by magic, the cook gave his best ... then, boh!
The location is fantastic, a large part of the budget is used to maintain a wonderful park and also a good part of Calabria's water resources ...

we returned to Nirvana village trustworthy and found that after a long time everything was kept beautiful and functional as always. Indeed improved as a whole. We didn't stay but we only rented an umbrella with two beds for about 10 days. Discreet beach, always beautiful sea. Apart from a fight that we saw because of two Neapolitans who wanted to make scripted and slightly higher price than the neighboring beaches (20 daily) positive experience.

We stayed in this village from 22nd to 29th August.
Definitely a relaxing holiday, with positive and negative aspects.
Let's start with the positive notes first.
Village located in a fantastic location with a very large and beautiful beach made of coarse sand that did not stick and a really crystal clear sea and it was for all 7 days even if in the afternoon the area is almost always windy (in fact there present a kitesurfing school).
Structure completely surrounded by greenery and externally well-kept (never seen the shadow of a mosquito).
I stayed in a triple room, small but basic with a well done bathroom and a very spacious shower cubicle. We found it clean, no traces of dust either on the furniture or under the bed.
Staff in almost all cases courteous ready to make themselves available (we requested a table from a position outside the room and after a couple of hours we found it there); in particular a praise to Davide and Aldo, the two waiters ready to satisfy our every request.
Not very big village and consequently you have everything nearby which makes it particularly suitable for those with small children.
Let's move on to the painful notes instead.
The main negative aspect is related to the catering not so much for the quantity, but more for the quality of the dishes presented.
Especially the first few days really bad, then in the last few days slightly better.
Very sparse children's menu made essentially of pasta with sauce, cordon blue and spinach, let's say not really healthy dishes.
But if we were to say that we went hungry, absolutely not.
A company canteen kitchen, without infamy and without praise, definitely to be improved.
Another aspect to intervene on is the cleaning right in the room, with cutlery left there in plain sight, jugs not exactly clean, even more so in these times where anti-COVID regulations should be respected .... unfortunately from that point of view it has left much to be desired.
Another sore point is the rudeness of a small part of the staff, including the maitre d 'who in some situations was really rude, without any desire to listen to what were the requests of the customer that I remember should be put at the center of attention.

On 8 August I entered this enchanted place to say the least, I did not understand what was behind that dusty gate, I set foot behind it but it was too late until I could realize the mistake I made.

I went to the reception to pick up my room, not even entered that the owner's daughter screamed abundantly, I ignored what had happened but when I saw my room I knew the importance of space.

It was 8 pm when I went to dinner,
I sat down and tasted the appetizer, it barely edible, as the first and second was the same, too cooked or raw just to be worth it.

When I finished eating I went to my room,
After the events I finally began to rest but from the smallness of the room I could not help but think about residing in jail ...

The next day I woke up,
I set off and went to breakfast, only croissants and tea I ate,
Fortunately on the road I met the sea,
It is as beautiful and clean as ever.

The sand my foot touch ',
A wonderful feeling it gave me until the loud music came,
All morning I had to put up with this strangeness that brought me to the edge of madness.

It was 13.15 when the revolution began at lunch,
All the vacationers took up arms and fought against the food of the hospice,
But the owner's daughter always closed the revolt with sour and rude words putting an end to this revolutionary quarrel.

Time passed and finally the 15th of August arrived,
Getting out of bed I remembered the fact that I was going to leave this high-cost trip, leaving and not even a greeting from this enchanted place.

Fantastic non-dispersive village, on the splendid sea of Calabria, always pleasantly ventilated..kitchen and assistance to the room in my opinion impeccable, but the trump card is undoubtedly the animation, unobtrusive and simply adorable. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended !!

For the fifth year I return with my family to this village of relaxation and fun, you can't ask for anything better! This year a particularly positive note should be made to the TinnyClub animation team which, despite the difficult months we have spent and the delayed start of the season, have proven to be professional and prepared, entertaining everyone, really everyone, from morning to evening thanks to their enthusiasm and passion that they put us in doing their job, without ever being insistent and intrusive. Dennis and Demver extraordinary couple, both good and very nice. Farida, a girl who is always cheerful and engaging. Lisa, an exceptional dancer.
The perfect village as always, from the cleanliness of the rooms to the excellent cuisine, even better than in previous years.

Beautiful village, surrounded by greenery. Very nice, small and familiar. Ideal for children who can move on their own, precisely because everything is concentrated.
We eat very well and formulate both celiac and intolerant SG foods.

We stayed a week and it was wonderful, a beautiful structure with greenery and swimming pool, a bar stocked, not to mention the kitchen and the waiters, kind and courteous. There is variety of abundant dishes, embracing various tastes and palates, all delicious.
Cleaning is the top, always the clean room.
Finally the animation that every morning welcomed us and the other guests always with a smile and professionalism.

We spent the first week of September in Nirvana the structure is well maintained, clean and well organized. Even if the last 2 days not all services were active (bears because in closing).
The excellent cuisine, the attentive and polite dining room staff.
The animation was exceptional, starting with the head animator Marco Marra, along with all the boys Stefano, Diego, Marcello, Nicoletta
, Giulietta Serena Annalaura, made the days carefree and cheerful despite the bad weather. And what about the evening shows? spectacular.
In particular thanks to Marco and Nicoletta who also spent the last 2 days with us filling our days with joy and affection.

TERRIBLE vacation
Beware of COVID. If you want to rest assured AVOID this property.
Before booking I read the precautions and all that was expected on the village website, many beautiful and good things all ignored. The prior request for personal data was foreseen to speed up the check-in, request never arrived.
Provided the temperature control was measured only to me, there were four of us, perhaps because I was the one who paid. I guess it happened with all the guests or maybe it was an oversight.
The animation was a continuous gathering with games organized in the small amphitheater and dances on the beach where the guests were on each other.
In spite of all anti-COVID measures.
When my family and I showed up with the mask in the amphitheater we looked like the aliens on duty. Among other things, it could not be otherwise given that the head animator says that one must live without being a slave to COVID.
What about the staff with gloves and masks NEVER SEEN !!!
Gloves have never been seen in the restaurant and bar, the staff mask when there was it was under the chin or under the nose and when they had to talk to the diners they lowered it completely.
For the catering on the site there were shifts to keep the distance between the tables, never seen before, there was always and only a single shift.
Buffets were not supposed to be there. In reality, salads, fruit (cut or not) and desserts were in plain sight in the room available to diners who approached (without a mask) and served themselves.

Very well kept village. Staff very helpful and ready to meet the various needs of customers. Excellent and very varied cuisine, with both fish and meat courses. Clean sea and ear of wheat.

At the entrance we were asked to remove the mask. The room had hygienic deficiencies (hair and hair on the floor and on the bedding). After our explicit request it was immediately cleaned up.
The towels were sometimes stained or had holes in them. Excellent care of the green, the beach and sports fields.
Nice, engaging and never insistent entertainment.
Few security measures from Covid-19 to Ferragosto we had dinner at the same table with two unknown families.
Good breakfast, but without variety.
Low-quality or even raw mealtime food.

Pros: small village with many regular customers; little distance from rooms / sea / restaurant, so suitable for elderly people or families with small children; excellent food (strong point of the village) with organized and very friendly staff (special Alex and Michael); clean and well-kept village. Cons: rooms for 4 too small, small pool, old sports equipment, Wi-Fi signal not reachable from the rooms. Three stars because the week 30/06 06/07 did not have an organized animation, so in an area where in addition to the village there is very little to see, this becomes indispensable. Even if it is not high season, it must be guaranteed as you pay it in the living room. Surely we would have had a better memory if we had had the animation of the last day, when Tonino took over in the group. Cmq worth the boys.
