The institute was founded by Bidyut Bose, who is an expert in the field of public health and community development. He realized that there was a need for holistic approaches to address the growing health challenges faced by communities across the world. With this vision in mind, he established Niroga Institute as a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting mindfulness practices as a means of improving physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being.

Our flagship program is called Transformative Life Skills (TLS), which is designed specifically for at-risk youth populations.
