In Hungary we welcome the new smoke control Proget doors especially Proget Multi S200 doors. It was a market gap. Thanks for your developers.

I am a first time customer from Mauritius. For my hotel parking area local fire police requested a fire rated gate. By chance I found Ninz from Italy. I received the gate 3 months after my order CIF Mauritius. Problem solved, fire police is impressed! :-)

I purchased a Ninz door, because I needed a door with soundproofing power for a plasterboard wall.
However, the model was not the right one.
I went 3 times to Ninz with the headquarters in Bolzano to ask for information and I called Ala several times.
Nobody was able to give me concrete answers, indeed you almost have to be scolded behind writing an email to get answers.
I have written multiple emails, months have passed, and have not yet been replied.

How do you get employees in a company who can't even give you basic information?

Zero professionalism.

A company as serious as you are a pity that for the deliveries of your doors you entrusted it to MDL Trasporti, which was Vigliaturo before, they changed their name. I am a former driver of your doors and I have not received the money of the last month to date. According to MDL, Ninz pays them late.

A solid, historical. They want advance payments, deliver late, use the means they want for delivery and without informing you in advance and with adequate advance. Too bad not being able to vote 0.

Reliable product. Multiple application options. Excellent cooperation!

Zero little professionalism apply they hire whoever they want you know through agency a waste of time I would rate zero like other Italian companies very negative usual chatterers

Great fire rated doors. Good materials and very beautiful designs. Also very good service.
