I've had an extremely poor experience with Nikon support. The process of packaging and sending back items without insurance has left me with a camera that wont be repaired under warranty due to a cracked screen regardless of if the fault relates to the cracked screen or not. Repairs that are 80% of the new purchase cost and this poor customer service leave me to recommend that you avoid Nikon for future camera purchases.
