Nikon Australia Review

Part of the reason I choose to use Nikon is because of the professional service team.
As a full time corporate photographer I must have backup.
The team at Nikon Australia have never let me down.

I've had an extremely poor experience with Nikon support. The process of packaging and sending back items without insurance has left me with a camera that wont be repaired under warranty due to a cracked screen regardless of if the fault relates to the cracked screen or not. Repairs that are 80% of the new purchase cost and this poor customer service leave me to recommend that you avoid Nikon for future camera purchases.

Dealing with their Repair and Service Dept; Extremely helpful! A great company to deal with. Always eager to find best and most cost effective solutions for you. Highly recommended!

Nikon are a professional team and I can't rate them highly enough! I was prepared to pay the service fee and post for my damaged d810 and it was irripairable and they waived the full service fee. I really appreciate their help and support

Waited over an hour to talk with someone in tech support about my D850, still waiting for call back two weeks later!

Great service and advice. Parking in the street was easy.
