Great store , staff so helpful , even took tops of the mannequin to help me out ...A+

I needed special shoes for my knees. I found them thanks to the clerk. Sorry I don't remember your name and the card you gave me, I lost it. My clerk was a black boy, who was over 1.75 cm tall (which is what I measure), he was in the lower zone and it was great!
maybe too attentive for me ... but he really had patience to find the best model that suited me. I bought them, of course.

Employee was lying to me today to sell a more expensive product. Eventhough I asked her three times if she is sure about it. After I found out a few ours later, I went back to complain and I had to talk to the store manager quite a while until they were willing to (not take back the product and refund the money) only give me the difference back.
I am still not sure if the money goes back to my bank account and they wrote something on the receipt (in Spanish) so I am not even sure if I have normal warranty for the product. Rather go to another store and do no not tust what they tell you!!! Neither were they friendly.

Unfortunately I could not know the name of the lady who served me, she was of unparalleled kindness and helpfulness. It was great

A two-story store is designed like any regular Nike store. Of course, Barca's clothes receive special emphasis.

The dog can not enter you can not have water or an apple or an ice cream or a glass ....... And then you have to put on the flaps or slippers and brush your teeth ????

Terrible Nike Cortez they sent me. Nobody tells me anything they totally pass from the dissatisfaction of the consumer.

There's all the Nike samples ... Nothing is missing, moreover the staff is kind and competent.

Pretty bad, my girlfriend bought me some Christmas shoes in a color that was not my size in all of central Barcelona, I bought them in the hope that they were not too big but they were.
They do not accept the change based on small differences in the skin (which is velvety and changes in tone if you touch it) compared to black ones
The shoe is brand new.
I put in a claim and I'm not going to buy more there.

Good store with lot of varieties and lot of new stuff but they should keep a uk13 for people like us as europe has a lot of taller men and i hope many are unsatisfied due to unavalibity of uk13 or bigger shoes
