I was looking for a replacement arm pad on my CXO, which by the way is a 2012. Went into the showroom looking at new chairs, and this gentlemen (Egon) was kind enough to help me obtain these parts. E-mailed him some photos and he was back to me in less than 48 hrs. He even offered to ship them for free! I was so shocked that I contacted him and told him I would come down and pick them up myself. When I arrived a lovely person named Agnes gave me the parts, free of charge per Egon. Thank you! What a company, and a Canadian one at that. My next chair will always be a Nightingale. Forget Herman Miller, Steelcase or Hawarth. This simple gesture, will not be forgotten. Keep up the good work.
