Personal experience: purchased Picasso sofa in December 2014, leather damaged in several places, scratched. Cushions with limited padding so as to feel the irons of the headrest cushion, a design flaw that made relaxation close or open only by sitting and much more. Company response: "he will have sat down with jeans". Sofa returned, returned and re-returned IMMEDIATELY to the courier because it was ruined in other parts. Result, over 5 months without sofa and had to pay to redo 2 pillows. October 2017, one of the same problematic pillows now peels off. Company response: "Bad maintenance" ... if cleansing milk for sensitive skin is poorly maintained ...
