Tour was not what we expected. I was told tickets for Maid of the Mist were purchased in advance- they were not. The tour guide has a voucher for tickets but you still have to wait in line to redeem thrm- which on the day we went the line just for the tickets was almost a 2 hour wait, then the line to get on the boat was also over an hour.
The tour was also advertised as a guided tour. Our guide (Issam "Sam") pointed in the direction of the sites/viewpoints but did not actually accompany the group or give us any information as advertised. We were, however, informed that we had 10 minutes to enjoy the views at each section because we would have to wait in line-- which brings me to the next point. When meeting our guide (we booked the 12pm tour), his introduction was that we should have booked the morning tour because the lines at this point in the day are too long and we won't have enough time to do all of the attractions- which did turn out to be true.
Issam did not seem interested or motivated in doing the tour- it felt very rushed as he also mentioned that if the tour was finished early, he can leave work early. Sights were beautiful, I would definitely recommend doing the Maid of the Mist ride, but would suggest doing it on your own rather than pay for a tour that lacked. At least when on your own schedule you can spend as much or little time at each attraction as you'd like, and book any tickets in advance if possible.

Tour with Viator Deluxe tour New York and Canada

Noman was our tour guide very knowledgeable. Great day saw the falls: Over, under, inside and out. A lot of waiting for tour guide to get tickets. Given 30 minutes at a stop and waited 20 minutes for an elevator. There was another tour guide a woman who I learned a lot from her explanations to her group. She stayed with her group where ours always I ll meet you at the top....

The biggest negative is the overpriced tourist trap for lunch. Before we came to Canada I contacted Viator and said that I read many complaints about lunch...should I pack lunch...assured that that was not necessary..just be certain to eat first. We had 45 minutes for lunch and we spent the entire time ordering waiting in total chaos to pay. We ate lunch at 1:30 along with many other tour buses yet the food court (only option) seemed ill prepared. For paninis , 2 bottled waters and butter tarts -$60.00..... never ate so fast in my life....

No shopping for me... the woman (other tour guide noticing the delay) gave her group another 15 minutes.

Also this tour needs to be indicated that it is very physical... on/off bus for quick stops as well as climbing stairs and a lot of walking.

Dan was absolutely fantastic to our group. There was a ridiculous hiccup but he handled it fantastically. I m so glad he was our guide. He was extremely knowledgeable. Thanks, Handsome Dan!

I ll be totally honest. The views are great, however the 4-hour day tour is extremely poorly ran. The tour guides were very nice and friendly but the tour itself is very overpriced for what you re paying for. You meet in a parking lot in the middle of the city and they put you in a minivan. Aside from the maid of the mist boat ride there isn t anything you can t do for free at your own pace. You basically just walk the entire state park in a group and you have to stop for the group every 5 minutes. I d also like to add the tour is advertised for 4 hours it lasts well over 6+ hours between the waiting and etc. my advise is do it on your own. Most of the park is free aside from the boat ride and cave of the wind.

From start to finish everyone with this company went above and beyond to accommodate all 17 gas that were in our group!!! After taking the trip with the company definitely thankful we booked were able to see all the attractions!!! I highly recommend this company to anybody wanting to see Niagara Falls with the best tour guides in town!!!

We booked our tour for 2 for Maid of the Mist and Cave in the Winds along with tour of the falls/islands also got a coupon book with great deals for the area. Solomon and Louis were great tour guides. We got picked up at our hotel within the time frame given. Line was long for Maid of the Mist due to Covid only 1 boat was running, that s beyond anyone s control. We did get right in to Cave of the Wind. Sight seeing of the falls was absolutely beautiful! We had a great experience and would recommend using Niagara Tour Company! We will do so again when we come back next time. Thank you!

Very professional tour with lots of detailed information. Great tour! our tour guide nick was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and really loved his job. He was punctual between every stop giving us tips and direction. I would highly recommend everyone take these tours!

Great times, great conversation. My boyfriend and I had such an amazing time on the Wine Tour! It was the highlight of our trip. Our tour guides Gill and Rob were perfect. Can't wait to visit again!

Salman was our tour guide . He was knowledgeable and quite engaging. We had a fabulous time and learned a lot while having an enjoyable tour with him.
The company was professional and made sure everything went well with our purchase.
It s best to book earliest Maiden Mist as to avoid long lines. We did not have a long wait on the lines. However these lines are not lcontrolled by this company.

We did the Discover America Tour. Our tour guide Nick was awesome. He was very punctual, knowledgeable and very friendly. Would definitely recommend this company for Niagra Tours.
