Receptionist was away for over 30 mins, absolutely no signs to tell me where the ultrasound is. So ended up missing my appointment to be told I have to rebook.

Lovely staff, Dr Sullivan has known me since I was at school and knows my mental health issues, always listens and never feels rushed even when it s busy. Gives me correct medication and helps me with my needs...His the best doctor our there! Very caring and a brilliant doctor. Great place x
like many of these centres now, this a multi-purpose building with quite a few different areas for e.g. MRI scanning, Foot health, Opticians, etc + there is a pharmacy on site too... although the reception area is manned, doesn't seem to be manned all the time, but they seem to have the self-check-ins are various points...
Asked to confirm appointment however no one answers the phone, terrible service avoid if possible
The GP made s referral for an MRI scan to Sandwell hospital. But they sent to Glebefields medical centre
But Sandwell had failed to send a text or a letter. I had to spend two hours before the details were disclosed
So rushed for the scan but arrived late by about 15 mins . The reception said the appointment had been cancelled. We said that now we are so can my son face the scan. Also told her that we have been madly let down. Having spoken to staff we were refused. Despite the fact that there was no one waiting. So we left but the receptionist rang to inform of zero tolerance. All we did was to express the fact that we were let down. Then the receptionist told us to come back tomorrow morning about 8: 45am so forms can be filled. On arrival we found the shutters were down. And no sign of the receptionist
We waited as we could see no one .Eventually a staff was seen from another department going to her off who advised us to just wait. The scan was done but forms to complete.
It is being as a third party but the service is very poor
The staff cannot make out the difference between abuse and a challenge to the service. Unprofessional behaviour by the receptionist and the staff who refused to allow a scan when he had the time
Public services working in a caring environment. But lack compassion. I hope this matter is investigated and the professional are reminded of their role and responsibilities. Aggressive and lacking in empathy. May be her thinking and decision making was governed by the fact they were dealing with an Asian family.
The matter needs looking into it . Please respond if you have to .

Very bad service. When I came to the gate I had to wait outside with my mom who are over 76 years old because they couldn't find the key to open the gate and when someone came to open the gate she didn't tell me anything like hi,hello or good morning!!! In the waiting room the light was not working it was really dark.
Avoid this place if possible.
Not happy at all made my teeth look stupid and i missed two oppointmet and took me off
The receptionist I experienced today was incredibly rude and abrupt. The most unprofessional and unfriendly service i ve ever received. This was my first (and last) visit here. I witnessed her speak to a waiting patient with such dismissal and disrespect. The patient had obviously been waiting a while and asked how much longer she would have to wait, the rude receptionist answered you re not the only patient the Dr has to see, so he ll call you when he s ready . The lady walked off clearly embarrassed by her response. Then the receptionist answered the phone, and came across patronising to the person on the end of the line, no we can t help you, we ve just taken on 3000 patients and we can t handle them let alone adding another patient to that she continued to be rude then ended the call. Then it was my turn to receive her customer service she asked the dr I am seeing today, as i m not a patient here (thankfully) I didn t have a record of the doctor i m seeing, I just gave her my name and DoB. She responded well if you don t know who it is your seeing how am I supposed to know taken a back by her abruptness I explained I was here for an ultrasound and haven t been given a Drs name. Again that was received with attitude and she said exactly, so your hear for an ultrasound so you need to just go and sit down over there That obviously didn t go down too well with me and had a few choice words for her. If it wasn t for her I must say upon having my ultrasound the staff I dealt with there after were very helpful and polite but just a shame that the person on the front desk lets the surgery down. Unfortunately I didn t get her name but she was an older and big lady with glasses.
Easy to get to from west Bromwich.nice friendly staff.clean place.
Called throughout the day several times but no answer guessing they are under staffed or having too many lunch breaks. Very disappointed
