Very clean,the staff are very professional and outstanding review for this company.

My mother was placed at NHC in franklin at the end of October 2020 and then passed January 12, 2021 due to covid but I know they spoiled her and she loved them all like family and I could t have asked for a better group of people for her to be around at her end of life. Not one time did my daily visits with her was she complaining about anyone or anything there. She truly was in the best place and for that I will always be so grateful. I do miss the staff and seeing them daily but I want them to know how much she loved and cherished each one of them, as did my family and I. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for giving her such love and wonderful care to the end. She didn t suffer at all. I would send anyone who needed the care they provide to go there and let them help.

This place is a complete nightmare. They don't take care of their patients. They don't have enough supplies. They don't have wash cloths for the patients. My father had to stay here before he died. The caretakers were so rough and unkind with him. One morning I came in and my father was in a 60 degrees Fahrenheit room, with his covers off of him, he was unable to move at that time. I told the nurse that my dad was in extreme cold temp all night with no covers, she didn't care. I wiped his rales on his bed and there was feces on them. The caretaker would flop him on his side and wipe his behind so hard, he would cry every time she did so. I saw another caretaker harass another patient that was mentally challenged, they washed the patient with cold water , the patient was shaking. It's taken me years to be able to speak about this, I was truly traumatized by what I saw here . This is one of the most inhumane facilities I've ever seen. And I've been to a few for my elderly parents. Do not take your loved ones here. If you do, visit everyday, few times a day or put in a secret camera because they will abandon your loved ones.

It s Sad when you hear that your friend is being smacked in the face by the staff, this man is in his early 80 s and should be treated with the up most respect, care and love. Being his symptoms people don t believe what he is saying. He has been to the emergency room several times for an infection due to his catheter not being changed out as needed! That example with in its self shows the lack of care and concern for the people that stay in your facility. It s truly sad and uncalled for.

I was a patient here for a two week period and I have to say that I have never been more impressed with a staff than I was with this one. I was treated with respect and kindness. The facility was always clean and comfortable and anytime that I had an issue it was addressed immediately. The food was fantastic and the options were also very good. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who needs a place of rehab. Thank you for a pleasant experience. Daryl Bragg

My mother is a resident there. She is taken care of by a caring staff who assist her 24 hours a day. This well maintained facility also has quality food and an activity program for those who wish to participate.
