The room and food where average, the front door was broken, a person got stuck in the elevator, they were grossly under staffed and this resulted in a late and incorrect room service order. Eventually another person arrived to help out. I congratulate the young staffer who had to work under much unnecessary pressure and suggest management review their staffing levels to ensure they meet customer satisfactions by supporting their staff.
Great location close by the train station. Quite nice walking roads towards the city center.
Got a superior room at the 19th floor. Really nice standard of the interior and the view towards the station, Dom tower etc is great.
Breakfast was good, nothing special but really good still. It's possible to ask staff for freshly made warm food by the tables (if that something you fancy).
Never had a bad experience at the NH Hotels. One of the best value for money and even better. Location is perfect and beds are so comfy. Would surely be back. Too bad I couldn't have breakfast because of time constraint overall a great experience. Would surely be back.
Stayed for 3 nights. Very closer to Utrecht Central Railway Station. Walking distance. Bus station and Tram station also next to it. Closer to Utrecht city center and good, clean warm comfortable rooms. A day before I checked out my room key card stopped working but they haven t given me any explanation but give another key card.
Simple things can create incredible comfort and relaxation. This hotel has put attention to the small details. Chairs, decor are excellent. Breakfast is excellent. Gym is average. View and location are excellent. Highly recommended!
