One of the worst company in my career. I Was hired...

One of the worst company in my career. I Was hired into Life Insurance department and while being hired it was been said that company will provide Customers Data and full training support. Being into life insurance for first time i had lot of expections in training However it was totally opposite. When i complained to Manager his response was this how this company works and no proper training is been provided. Company doesn't have system (computers) for employees, just one common system is been provided to be used by all employees which came as Suprise. They doesn't even have a online payment option for life insurance where u can request Customers to pay online. When spoke all these to supervisor he created lot of trouble. Not manager, life head, nor HR manager came up with any solutions. One supervisor used Abusive language and when same was reported to HR manager no action was taken by anyone. Another wrong practice which company does is they will keep your passport after visa stamping which is illegal in UAE and to get your passport one have to request again and again. At last when you tell them that no i will not submit back the passport, then hr tells you that they will take action and terminate. Thankfully i came out of this company and found that management is very poor.

VERY UNHELPFUL & UNRELIABLE INSURANCE... It takes ...

VERY UNHELPFUL & UNRELIABLE INSURANCE... It takes ages for the approval on your test and medicine (most medicines not approved). So what will happen is, the clinic will let you do the lab test first, then wait for the approval from this Insurane company.. (And it took 5 days for me to know that status) ....IF your not approved then you have to go back to the clinic and pay the full amount of the test they've done to you.... NOT RECOMMENDABLE!!! THIS INSURANCE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR LOW INCOME EMPLOYEES...They will give you burden instead of helping you.

We have been their client over 7years. We used to do MMI of Doctors and we were satisfied with the service of Mr Viswa. He was responsive and professional!
Unfortunately after he left, the service that they provide now is really poor. A lady called Maha was asking to pay first before for the Facility addition in MMI which was very weird, no invoice submitted to us at first place and was acting as if we are new client and wouldn t pay.
The urgent requests takes now more than 5-6days, I had to call Ajay many times and push otherwise he will never respond to your email or update you. Whenever I call Ajay he says there is It issue and I am going to follow up but doesn t update the client at all unless you call him.
Before the urgent request used to be done in the same day or the next day.

Moreover, They charge now for Facility replacement, before it used to be free of charge if you replace the Facility and if you add new Facility then it s chargeable.

I got to know from my neighbors that their insurance (Orient, Oman etc)doesn t charge for Facility addition. After all of this definitely it doesn t worth to renew politics MMI next year and I will not refer or suggest this company to anyone again!

There are many companies with much better service.

Horrible Insurance, they don't cover Deviated Syst...

Horrible Insurance, they don't cover Deviated System causing sleep apnea and chronic sinusitus. Better to save your money, add 1000dhs or 2000dhs extra and get Oman insurance or PUBA.

Also, they take 1-2 weeks to respond to hospital submittion for insurance approvals. This is critical time and detremental to your health.

Avoid at all costs, trust me.

NEVER use this insurance company!!!!!

They lost in touch for over 2 months when i requested a surgery and everytime when I call the helpline (20-30 times), they said the doctor (DR Asmaa Haddad) who handle my case is not working today,

SHE NOT WORKING FOR 2 MONTHS (then explained she has Covid+, but the whole insurance company has no one else can take over the case from her, even i urge them to get someone else to take over it, but they said they cannot, so once the case is assigned to someone, you need to pray everyday your case handler is staying healthy and alive, otherwise your case will be pause.)

Until I filed a complaint to insurance Authority, she turns up from nowhere again, but with all LIES / EXCUSES and never answer the questions directly. YOU KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT!

BIG Congratulation to your company didn't need to cover my surgery after all your hard working on DRAGGING the case for months until it expired and offered me to renew with over 50,000AED! GOOD STRATEGY! who on earth would renew with you, you WON this!

Very pathetic insurance company. You might die fro...

Very pathetic insurance company. You might die from your ailment while waiting approval. Very slow and sluggish and I am with the impression companies like this should be banned from operation. How can someone be very sick in the hospital for 5 hours still waiting for approval from this useless insurance company after several calls and follow up. Not the first time am experiencing this sort of nonsense but today s own is extremely horrible.

The worst insurance company.
Go with another insurance provider!
Even when u pay a high amount, they cover hardly anything.
They complicate everything and make things very difficult.
They put everything in the small print - zero help.
Everytime I would go to the doctors, nothing was approved. I paid 4000dhs for my cover and not one test was ever approved for this insurance, due to policy
Even cancelling policy was difficult - they said I must show proof of obtaining another policy before they will cancel this one and refund my money !
Please find another provider for you insurance - this one will not help you.

If somebody is looking for motor claims assistance, Call Her in Motor Claims .She is responsible, absolutely professional.
This was my first motor claim. I truly admire her for the services she provided.

There are very few people who don t only do their job but genuinely want to help others and go beyond the service level. One of the best customer services I got from her. I hardly give reviews anywhere but first time after seeing her attitude, knowledge and great service I felt at least I should appreciate her on public platform so that other people can also get benefitted and experience good service provided by best NGI employee in case of any motor claims.
