My Mum and I got a covid test yesterday at 3:30pm and got told the the results would come back same time today but guess what, I got mine back at 6:32pm and my Mum hasn't gotten her one back and she has to tell her boss wether she can come back to work tomorrow at 4am, rang nexus and got a rude response, Pop up testings can get results back in 10 hours, step it up Nexus or shut down. Shouldn't have been built in the first place.
Can never get in if you fall sick unexpectedly, unless you're willing to wait a day or 2. Have now given up on this place.
Worst front staff . no sense to talk. Went to doctor but forgot to get medical certificate called just after 20 mins they said take another appointment which was available in 3 days.What!!!!!took off from work and they required medical certificate.
I think the reception staff are quite pleasant. Never had a reason to think otherwise. I approach them in a friendly and respectful manner. They reflect that back on me.
Can t say I m a fan of the doctors. It s the first place I went to after moving up this way and old habits die hard I guess. Now that my doctor has retired I may as well move on and start all over again somewhere else. I saw a doctor today who told me to use GOOGLE to search for help for my serious mental health condition. Don t know why I didn t think of that myself! It could be because I m not medically trained to provide that professional style of duty of care for myself.
Don't know why this clinic rated so low. The receptionists are very friendly. Dr Mobina Kashif is beautiful. Pleasant visit with stress relief.
Worst clinic ever my 18 month old son split his head open they did not care told me he would need stitches and told me the dr was busy and I should probably go to the hospital. Drove to emergency to only be told he will be glued. I don't understand how you showed no empathy toward my son or myself.
Dr Syed is a brilliant doctor. Has looked after me, my wife and daughter very well. A classic country GP who is clearly up to date in the profession with outstanding communication skills. Haven t seen the others. The clinic is busy but well run. A few minor issues with bookings and reception etc. Overall, I ve had excellent service from Dr Syed and couldn t recommend her more highly. Nexus also run the Kinglake clinic and that s good too.
Dr Amir is great.
Some of receptionist are not that friendly.
However, generally best service in Wallan area.
It is such a shame that I have to write this, I am generally not one to complain. But I feel so strong about the negligence that was shown towards me and my son after failing to diagnose Bronchitis after 3 weeks of back and forth and multiple appointments.
My son is only 11 months old.
